Disgusting bathroom, no service, cancelled our remaining nights and still charged the entire stay.
Pros:

The staff in the hotel was available and friendly, but not helpful. There was a language barrier which is obviously understandable. But they only got their manager on the phone to translate when it was about us being charged more money to upgrade our room. We didn't hear one word from the manager when I had questions about checking out and cancellating our remaining nights because of the vile state of the bathroom.

Cons:

The initial room was were assigned was so depressing that we decided to pay extra and upgrade to the Superior Suite in the hotel. The bathroom in this new (and supposedly best) Suite was unacceptably dirty with mold and grime. I have never seen this in a hotel before. 1) There was no toilet paper provided 2) The toilet itself and walls of the bathroom were grimey with pink mold. 3) There was an old towel left in the washroom from a previous guest with lipstick stain 4) The sink had grime and the tap was swinging around and not glued to the sink. This washroom looked like a college bathroom. 5) The blanket they provided was so thin and looked decades old. We decided within an hour of staying that we could not stay there for the planned 3 nights. I let the staff downstairs know that we would be checking out the next morning. They said they would speak to the manager and we would discuss it the next morning. We spoke to them the next morning and there was a language barrier so they said to message through the app. We did and never got a response. They charged us for the entire 3 night stay when we only stayed one awful night. We complained to Reno and they wouldn't refund us because we didn't take photos for proof of the disgusting state. Not clean. Bad service. Not cheap either. Room was bare minimum but luckily had 2 free water bottles...

Its okay if you dont mind hygiene, has a lot of potential
Pros:

Bed was good, strong AC and hot water. 3 supermarkets nearby! Staff acts directly when there is a problem. Water dispenser available on the ground level.

Cons:

- hygiene, my room was not clean. Multiple hairs on the bed, urine stain on the toilet seat and hairs in the drain.
- a lot of gekko’s come into your room. I found one in my bed and it scared the hell out of me. Staff helped me so that was nice. But later another one came in.
- noise and sounds, bring earplugs! The doorbell, loud guests, loud tv’s. You can hear it all.

There is a reason that the toilet seats are all down on the pictures. Mine was in a really bad condition.
