I booked the room in 23.30, it was written on booking that since you book this hotel, it will be impossible to cancel it. After the reservation the hotel sent me a message that booking is confirmed and how to reach the hotel by car. In 00.30 I came to the hotel, parked my car and went to the front desk office. It was closed, it was dark insife and ringing didn't help. It was an announcement on the door (printed on the hotel firm paper and laminated in plastic, means it was NOT temporarial, they put it often or may be every night), saying: "Tonight under the emergency reasons we do not have night receptionist, she will be present only in 06.00 in the morning, you can call us ...and the local tel. number". On booking. con web site it is written that the hotel reception works 24 hours. So, imagine, you are foreigner, without local sim-card, closed reception, nobody present, no people nearby, even the airport closed, no any signals of life nearby like on the cemetry at night! What to do. After 1 hour of attemts to find somebody alife 5 miles nearby I found out that "Ibis" hotel has a night receptionist who helped me and and called to personal number of the "Sure" hotel worker. After 10 minutes she came at worked and gave me a key. I came in my room only in 3.00 at night. It was unacceptable behavior of the personel to go to sleep wlile it is announced 24 hours of reception is open! You should not work in such a way. And 50 percent back for that tremendous night is not enough price of how people suffer because of your unproffesionalism!
