Los costos del desayuno una exageración en el precio, la atención del personal de recepción un fracaso total, te atienden de lo peor, no tienen la capacitación adecuada para la atención a los clientes, les preguntas algo o le dices que está fallando algo en la habitación y se molestan, comentan que no las pueden atender por qué no está su personal pero en cuando puedan lo solucionaran y en el tiempo de mi estancia jamás se soluciono el internet, el agua caliente jamás funcionó en la regadera, las toallas para secar en mal estado,
