Santiago, le monsieur qui s'occupe de nous servir le petit déjeuner était d'une attention et d'une gentillesse extrême. C'est le point positif de cet hôtel.

Cons:

Accueil mauvais, aucun effort de la part des réceptionnistes surtout Mikki, tres désagréable. Pour le petit déjeuner tout est limité : 2 toasts par personne et pas plus de 2 cafés

PARA NADA CONFIABLE EL HOTEL MARIA LOURDES

La habitación demasiado sencilla para el precio .El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente . Nuestra estancia fue por dos noches de 3 a 5 agosto 2025 ocupamos 2 habitaciones 222 /228 y en el transcurso de la limpieza que realizó la recamarista PAULA MARIBEL PUC CHAN se extravió una de las carteras se avisó a recepción para que nos apoyaran con las cámaras pero el personal de recepción ANNY POOT fueron muy groseros y nada servicial . Hicimos investigación y estamos seguros que la cartera fue robada con el consentimiento de los involucrados y probablemente la gerente.
