A great place to stay!
Pros:

It was a very well presented and maintained property in a great location of Krabi Town. Just across the street from the river market stalls and only a 1 minute walk from the market and about a 3 minute walk from the night market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The balcony off my room was a good size and had a nice view of the river market. The room had a fridge, hair dryer and all the amenities you’d expect.

A vista para o rio é bonita. Tem bastante restaurante perto e um shopping.

Cons:

A varanda fica com pombos, cheia de côco de pombo, quase não da para usar. Fiquei no quarto andar sem escada. Recepcionistas falam muito pouco inglês, é um pouco difícil se comunicar. É bem longe da praia.

nice spacious room

Cons:

very loud AC that you could hear both in the room and the electric installation (assuming related to AC) outside of thr building even louder on the balcony. Turning AC off in my room was not possible/noise did not stop. worst sleep I had in several weeks.

the balcony had a super bright floodlight in front.

I booked a more expensive hotel room with balcony with river view to enjoy my last evening outside... that money was wasted. I did not want to sit outside even for a minute under these conditions...
