Pros:

Just ok for sleep.

Cons:

Hotel management managed by Mr. Jey got serious issue.
- Overbooked. They told us on very last minute. After arguing they tried to send us to other properties which a house with many rooms and need to share with strangers. No safety.
- They kept blaming booking, OYO, Agoda for this overbooked issue. They got 7 rooms but 14 overbooked. Very fishy.
- Asked to paid more if I want the room that we had paid.(duit kopi?)
- After all issue, my family got really anoying, asked for refund but the manager did not want to do but asked me to cancel my booking myself which cause lossing all my money.After long argument, finally he gave me my room.
- They manager Mr. Jey, told me he wanted to have a fight with me if I am his age. The reason, I looked really angry. Well who can stand cool after what they did to my family. No respect and try to cheat us. Almost calling police for this treat.
- I also concerned about the manager mental health. Got feeling something not right.(maybe just me and my wife feeling)

Really an awful experience staying here!

Cleanliness was at worst, there were tooth brush left, stain everywhere, wall full of dust. The host was so rude. He took the deposit (RM50) but refuse to return it after check out. It took a day and half for him to transfer the deposit with arguments. He said that I need to wait for the payment released by booking.com on friday. Then, he will transfer the deposit back. The deposit and amount of upgrade the room was transferred to his personal account, so what is the worth of waiting? We upgraded the room since he kept telling the room is hot. Added the sum of 40 rggt, as stated by him and kept repeating that he gave me discount for 10 ringgit, which is he never stated in previous message before we pay. The room was smelly (cigarettes smell), the toilet so dirty, simply putting towel for use on chair, mattress and pillow was so hard.
