I liked everything about this property.
Breakfast was great. Service for dinner was amazing. Location was perfect for visiting poas volcano and Starbucks farm. Nice selection of souvenirs in lobby. Loved the coffee walk trail.
Pool was a little rough around the edges and didn’t look really clean. The railing was broken and looked hard to get in.

For the price I was hoping we would get a room with the overlook view.

La localisation est calme tout en étant proche de l'aéroport. La vue depuis le jardin est très belle. Le check out à 12h permet un départ en douceur.

Beautiful view. The food was good.
When I arrived there were 10 dead bugs on my bedroom floor. I asked to have it swept up and the staff didn’t seem surprised or apologetic. My room was close to the dining area and early in the morning there was a ton of noise from the kids running around and the dining room.
The location next to the airport was great.
The view from the garden was nice and the sunlight was coming right onto our balcony in the room in the morning.
The staff was not very friendly at the restaurant. No smile, we didn't feel a lot of generosity and care for tourists. (Small exception during the breakfast)
As for the food, the restaurant's menu was fine but could be better and it was so expensive (but that's the case in almost all hotels in Costa Rica).
We saw people cleaning the pool, but it was still not super clean and so we just avoided swimming.
The hotel is too expensive for the facilities and service it offers. It is completely overrated.
