Pros:

This accomodation (separate comfortable room with double bed) in this unique apartament was perfect fit for us for our 3 days stay in Berlin. Please note that this part of Berlin is free of charge for parking your car.

Whole apartament, kitchen, badroom was clean and fullfilled our needs. Great addition to accomodation is access balcony with its own climat. You can chilli out here or just watch people on street or Siemens factory employees.

Alt Treptow nearby area is full of friendly people in restaurants, shops etc.

Goerlitzer park is like 10min walk but this is another Berlin unique wibe.

Michael is very friendly and no problematic host at all. It was real pleasure to meet such an aristic soul and see his works.

Pros:

Кафе возле дома где я охрененно похезала

Cons:

Наличие замков в квартире,двери ни где не закрываются,не особо комфортно,ну если только ты не мужчина,хозяин очень мутный тип, во время съёма апартаментов на сайте не было указано что в квартире по мимо меня кто-то будет

Leider genügt es nicht dem Standard
Pros:

Die Lage, zirka 1 km zum Biergarten an der Spree mit Park.

Unkomplizierter, solange ich vor Ort war, immer anwesender Zimmervermieter.

Cons:

Toilettentür konnte man , aus technischen Gründen, nicht zumachen.(Boden war uneben).
Eine zirka 15 cm geöffnete Tür sorgt nicht für eine Privatsphäre.
Wohnung / Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig.

Een acceptabele kamer, in een vies huis met overlast van de eigenaar
Pros:

De kamer zelf was okay. En na een intens gesprek met de host, reageerde hij open en erkende hij een puinhoop van zijn leven maakte en dat de accommodatie en zijn manier van zijn ver onder de maat was. Dat erkennen, maakte het dat ik kon blijven en een beetje begrip kon hebben voor zijn ellende waar ik mee geconfronteerd werd.

Cons:

De accommodatie voldeed op meerdere punten niet aan de beschrijving: er werd binnen gerookt ondanks het rookverbod, de keuken en badkamer waren vies, borden, bestek, glazen... ik heb alleen aangeraakt wat echt niet anders kon. Afwasborstel was zo vies, dat ik dat zelf ook niet kon oplossen. De badkamerdeur kon niet op slot en de geadverteerde wifi werkte niet. Daarnaast zorgde de gastheer midden in de nacht voor geluidsoverlast, waardoor ik de eerste nacht nauwelijks heb geslapen. De afhandeling door Booking.com van mijn klacht vond ik ronduit schofterig. Wat een walgelijke gang van zaken!

Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, Mickey también se adaptó a los horarios de check-in y fue muy amable.

Cons:

Mucho ruido por la noche hasta las tantas de la madrugada por parte del host, tuve que dormir con tapones + cascos con música... Tampoco hay para cerrar la habitación.

Pros:

Location is perfect, 10 minutes from S-Bahn station from which you can go to Alexander Platz, Berlin Airport and many more places. Price is really good, if you're looking for your own room and don't wanna sleep in hostel. Two grocery stores are also really nearby. So if you're looking for budget private room with excellent location,.that's a perfect spot for you.

Cons:

The owner has a lot of friends visiting his place which makes the flat pretty noisy and crowded place. Floors also could've used more vacuuming. Apart from that, place is really clean.

Pros:

Mikey is a very friendly and funny host! We experienced the real Berlin atmosphere)) The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There are several supermarkets in the area, the bus and train stops are within walking distance, so it's very convenient. I would stay here again and explore the nightlife even more.

Excellent location allowing us to spend time with our family.
Pros:

This was a great location for us to be able to spend time with our family alongside other members of the family. We only used the room to sleep as we spent waking hours with our family. Mikey was a friendly and considerate host.
