J’ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel , c’était bien précisé chambre avec 2 lits séparés.
Arrivé sur place, on m’explique que la chambre a été réservé à quelqu’un d’autre, et qu’il faudrait que je paye 100€ de plus.
Pour un problème qui ne vient pas de moi.
Le gérant se cache derrière l’excuse « je vous ai envoyé un message 2 min après votre réservation »
Comme ci ça allait changer quelque chose, sachant que j’avais déjà payé.

Arrivé sur place, on me met la pression pour annuler ma réservation.
Je cède..
Je fini par changer d’hôtel.. quelle fut ma surprise quand j’ai vu que j’avais été débité de la nuit quand même !
J’envoie un message au gérant qui me répond « tu ne viens pas d’une tribu, mais de France, tu vas savoir te débrouiller »
Honteux pour un hôtel ! Du jamais vu de traiter ses clients de la sorte !

Staff was very friendly, it’s great that they have bar “underneath” hotel, so you don’t need to drive if you want to relax little bit after work.Anyway,correct breakfast, great place to come for overnight or two if you’re in Banja Luka..5 star ⭐️

Great value and great breakfast with very friendly staff!

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, quiet when windows closed. Good value for money!

Cons:

There was a smell of smoking in the rooms, but could be from restaurant area below. If you ventilate it was all good! Rooms were a bit small in some parts and spacious in others. Perfectly workable.
