Dirty rooms and bad front desk staff

The location is great close to the beach but not too crowded. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Laut der Beschreibung auf Booking.com sowie nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Personal sollte ein früher Check-in möglich sein. Als wir um 10 Uhr ankamen, wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass der Check-in erst ab 14 Uhr möglich ist.
Die Online-Fotos scheinen stark mit KI bearbeitet worden zu sein: Der angeblich große Fitnessraum erwies sich vor Ort als winziger Raum mit uralten, rostigen Geräten. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind alt und beschädigt, das Badezimmer ist voller Schimmel und die Toilette verstopft ständig. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet enttäuschte - Baguette und Toastbrot waren trocken und mehrere Tage alt. Keine Empfehlung!

Located right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, it's just a few steps to the beach. The area is vibrant at night with many great seafood restaurants nearby. The hotel also helped us rent a motorbike quickly at a fair price.
My favorite part was the king-sized, plush bed, which ensured a deep and restful sleep. The linens and pillows were clean with a pleasant, subtle scent. The room's soundproofing is excellent, keeping out any hallway noise
Besides the pool, I really enjoyed the hotel's gym area; the equipment is new and very clean. After working out, relaxing at the rooftop pool with the view was wonderful. Staff in all areas were consistently welcoming. Every service was well-executed.
