We had a wonderful stay at Metro City Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro and many of Baku’s main attractions. The service exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend Metro City Hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baku.

Абсолютно ничего. Metro City Hotel Baku ужасное место для пребывания в прекрасном городе Баку.
Отель занимается мошенническими махинациями, в Букинге заявляют заниженную цену, а на деле просят заплатить ×2 вдвое большую сумму. Персонал некомпетентен в своих делах. Администратор Muhammad не смог решить проблему с заселением. Менеджер Murad наглым образом лжет и отказывается от ранее заявленных своих слов. Менеджер Nurlan просит деньги за не выполненные услуги. Нам с семьей ночью пришлось искать другой отель. Обходите стороной данный отель.
Номера подуставшие, в комнатах зеркала разбитые, уборка неделается.
Номера не для семейных, сдаются почасовой оплате, сброд сомнительных людей.
НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ ЦЕНАМ ЗАЯВЛЕННЫМ В BOOKİNG-ге!!! Обходите стороной данный отель, в Баку есть варианты отелей куда лучше по цене и услугам. Одним словом SOS!!!
The hotel is engaged in fraudulent frauds, the Booking claims an undervalued price, but in fact they ask to pay × 2 twice the amount. The staff is incompetent in their business. The Muhammad administrator could not resolve the check-in issue. Murad's manager blatantly lies and retracts his previously stated words. The Nurlan manager asks for money for services not performed. My family and I had to look for another hotel at night. Avoid this hotel.
The rooms are tired, the mirrors in the rooms are broken, cleaning is not done.
The rooms are not for families, they are rented by the hour, a rabble of dubious people.
DON'T BELIEVE THE PRICES STATED IN THE BOOKING-ge!!! Avoid this hotel, there are much better hotel options in Baku in terms of price and services. In one word, SOS!!!

Our problem is :- when we arrived to hotel in the reservation day 20/6/2026 the reception staff refused to give our room, and told us that this reservation has been cancelled and not confirmed, even when we give them reservation confirmed, and they want us ro reserfe out of booking aplllication to get higher price than booking application,, finally we have no choice to booking one day with extra money and go to another hotel in morning, and we told them we are going to submit acomplaint on booking site, they said they are don't care about that
