Pros:

I had a really lovely experience at the hotel, and I especially want to mention Muhammad and Aliza. Muhammad was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful, and Aliza was also very friendly and always willing to help. There was sometimes a bit of a language barrier when communicating, but honestly, that didn’t take away from how amazing and kind they both were. They were patient, welcoming, and always did their best to help me. A big thank you to both of them for their wonderful hospitality they are a real credit to the hotel
