Cons:

Pensavo la struttura fosse un po' piu' piccola e un po' piu' riservata invece ci sono numerose camere e numerosi ospiti poi ad agosto era anche pienissima. La pubblicità dell' hotel e di booking è ingannevole, ci sono foto di camere con terrazze vista lago, ma in realtà di camere cosi' ce ne sono veramente poche, molte come la mia erano vista bosco e senza balcone, e comunque la maggior parte non è pienamente vista lago.

Pros:

La beauté des lieux et surtout la cuisine 🧑‍🍳 un gros WOW 🤩 tout était excellent et le service aussi. Nous nous sommes fait masser et je vous conseille fortement Marie-Ève elle a été à la hauteur de mes attentes 😊👌

La douche a besoin d’être changé et je n’avais pas de séchoir à la chambre

Un'oasi di pace
Pros:

L'albergo sembra quello di Twin Peaks: in mezzo al bosco, fatto di tronchi e con ambienti accoglienti e spaziosi.
La spiaggia privata è un'oasi di pace: siamo scesi la mattina presto, incrociando un'istrice lungo il sentiero che scende fino alla sponda del lago. Lì abbiamo potuto fare kayak, canoa, SUP a nostro piacimento. Abbiamo anche visto un cerbiatto che è venuto a brucare in riva al lago!

Cons:

Non abbiamo usato la spa perché i nostri figli hanno meno di 14 anni e quindi non sono ammessi. Hanno potuto però nuotare nella piscina interna: è piccola e freddina, ma erano solo loro e si sono divertiti molto comunque.
Quando siamo arrivati, il giro per vedere castori e orsi di quella sera era già al completo: se siete interessati, chiedete informazioni e prenotatelo in anticipo: non ci avevo proprio pensato e sono sicura sarebbe stato molto interessante.

Il n’y avait pas d’option déjeuner autre que le buffet à 35$ par personne. Même pas la possibilité de prendre un bon café sans nourriture.

Le souper était très cher pour la qualité très médiocre. 42$ pour n’importe quel plat principal sans entrée ni dessert. Le poisson était réchauffé et non pas cuit après la commande.

Dans la chambre, le lit craquait au moindre mouvement et ça rendait le
Sommeil difficile.

Kamers zijn aan een opknapbeurt toe: lekkend toilet, zeer donker, geen airco,…
15% fooi wordt automatisch aangerekend, maar is niet transparant meegedeeld waardoor je dubbel fooi zou geven.

keine Klimaanlage bei den Sommertemperaturen in Betrieb (Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet); Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen; Holzböden auf der Terrasse etc. bereits durchgebrochen und nicht wieder instandgesetzt; Pool frei nutzbar; Nutzung Spar (Sauna etc.) nur mit Aufzahlung; Nutzungszeiten Kanu vor allem am Abend eingeschränkt; guter Gelsenspray absolut wichtig

Beautiful location, needs works: overrated
Pros:

Wonderful location, impressive building, nice room and balcony. Easily accessible when there's no snow or ice. Staff generally polite and attentive.

Cons:

Sauna facilities are outdated and in bad shape, steam sauna is badly maintained (there were pools of water indicating absence of cleaning), pools have too much clore, deep drying the skin; cleaning is seldom made everywhere (there was a light accident with a customer and blood stains were left on pavement where customers walk for hours); toilettes were not (any of them) functioning - IMHO the sauna/spa should not have opened in such dire state, less even customers being charged; breakfast is bad, overrated, no cheese, no viennoiseries, no local food... too ordinary for such a magnificent setting, alike to 2 star chain hotel cheap food, but totally overpriced (customers should not feel trapped by hosts and should be offered à la carte reasonably priced like grilled cheese, etc). The hotel needs a customer perspective review urgently. Natural beauty does not sell itself. There's need of huge improving and the notion of value-adding to client, especially considering Quebec offers so many alternatives. Some benchmarking: urgently needed (quality & prices).

Ne pas prendre la réservation avec booking

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié la réservation via booking. Le rabais ne valait pas la peine. Les gens qui ont pris le forfait via le site avait tous des coupons pour le restaurant ainsi que le spa fourni. La chambre est belle mais ca ne vaut pas ce que nous avons payé.
Je suis très déçu de l'application Booking. Je ne recommande pas.
