Good for a road trip short stop. Good A/C.
Pros:

Good location, nice room. The A/C was very good. The pool looked good.

Cons:

The reception staff was hard to reach. The blackout curtains were teared. The swimming pool only opens at 11am, after the checkout.

Average, I have stayed in better hotels on a similar budget, the location was good and convenient

La recepcionista muy amable , Habtacion muy bien

Cons:

The lid on the toilet seat did not lift up enough and was uncomfortable to use the toilet, The Bidet had not been cleaned properly, in the cafe/restaurant there was a lot of tissue papers along the floor by the bar it gave a bad impression of the cleanliness and appeal f the place

Ruido por maleducados en los pasillos
Personal poco agradable en la cafeteria : demasiado joven para atender con lo mínimo de profesionalidad.
No prepararon el desayuno por la mañana (problema en el personal) pero dieron algo de comer en la cafeteria
Hemos conocido al hotel Alonso con mas calidad
Pero la degradación de los servicios se nota por toda España y la France

Bra läge vid motorvägen men märklig personal.

Poolen var helt ok.

Cons:

Nästan ingen kunde tala eller förstod engelska. De visste inte att ”Sweden” var ett land. Vi fick ett rum med två sängar fast det skulle vara tre (vilket rättades till men först efter tillsägelse och en del google translate). Frukost ingick men det visste inte personen i kafeterian så där krävdes en kontroll i receptionen. Toaletten i kafeterian var otroligt ostädad tidigt på morgonen.

Todo muy bien,lo único que el desayuno decían que era tipo buffet y luego no era asi. Pero por lo demás bien.

Cons:

No me gustó nada las almohadas,eran super bajitas y aplastadas,algo que en el pasillo estaba el carro y había almohadas buenas y firmes.

Bom para uma noite mas muito a melhorar e condições tem para ser bem melhor

Pela positiva o facto de ser um hotel de estrada mas mesmo com um café/restaurante a a bomba de combustivel quase a janela, surpreendeu pela positiva o ter conseguido dormir tranquilo e sem barulho.
A tranquilidade do espaço e o espaço de piscina, tranquilo, tudo com alguma idade e a precisar de pequenas manutenções, mas em perfeitas condições de utilização.
O facto de não estar muito longe da cidada e a mesma oferecer muita oferta de restauração pareceu muito bem.
Foi o ideal para descansar e seguir viagem.

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de simpatia e esplicações sobre o hotel por parte da receção.
Não gostei do pequeno almoço que só apresentava produtos embalados, o espaço com mesas e termos que ir buscar os talheres e pratos nem guardanapos tinhamos, tivemos que esperar que alguém chega-se para pedir.
O sumo artificial e os bolos secos.
Se tivessem o pequeno-almoço com mais atenção e a receção com mais simpatia poderia dar uma melhor nota.
Os quartos e o chão tem que ser remodelado pois tem muitas lages do chão com falhas e a fazer barulho.
