Pros:

Struttura a gestione familiare davvero speciale! L'albergo si trova in un posto bellissimo, tranquillo e accogliente. Il cibo è ottimo, curato e abbondante e i gestori sono persone gentilissime, sempre disponibili e cordiali. Un soggiorno perfetto che consiglio a tutti.

Sweet stay in the Italian Mountains!
Pros:

This family-run establishment is a perfect stay for those wanting peace and quiet. It's just outside of Sappada and makes for a lovely stay. My room was on the top floor, I had a wonderful view of the mountains, and it was a quiet stay. Beds were comfortable. The dinner served was delicious. You'll get homemade food right from their kitchen. Loved my stay here and I highly recommend if you want a slice of authenticity while in Sappada.

Familiäre Atmosphäre in atemberaubender Umgebung
Pros:

Entzückendes Haus und sehr freundliche, tüchtige und immer bemühte Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Liebevoll eingerichteter Gastraum. Ordentliche, geräumige Zimmer. An der Bar wurden wir sofort in die Ortsgemeinschaft integriert und haben uns blendend unterhalten.
Das Abendessen mit von den Besitzern selbst bereiteter Pasta und Kuchen von der Nonna bietet familiären Flair und war sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist, wie üblich in Italien überschaubar und der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet.
Der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge ist umwerfend und die Hauptstraße nicht störend.

Cons:

Das regnerische Wetter und der Kater am Morgen. An der Unterkunft gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Clean place, awsome host and food, good position for travel to Dolomites. Garage to lock bike.
Pros:

Magda & Matteo are wonderful hosts. Place is 105 years old object but is very well preserved. It is clean, food is awesome and price is more than affordable. Bathroom is spot on clean. I noted that I am traveling with motorcycle and Matteo provided locked garage to safely put everything at night, most thankful for that. I heartily recommend this hotel and really hope I will have opportunity to return with motorcycle group.
Geographically place is situated between Slovenian Alps and Dolomite so it was perfect place for rest and continue on riding.

Cons:

There is just one high power outlet in bathroom, other are low power. Not big issue but charging several batteries was hassle.
