A perfect stay thanks to friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

We stayed for four nights and it was perfect. The staff were friendly, efficient and warm. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Room service was always on hand if we needed anything replenished.
The breakfast was first rate and ranged from South Indian to cereal and eggs.

Great service but cleanliness issues made it a disappointing experience for the price.

The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant team provided outstanding service throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, housekeeping fell short of expectations. Despite requesting cleaning and fresh towels, it took over 24 hours and several follow-ups to receive service. Even after cleaning, the room wasn't thoroughly maintained—we found dust in corners and under the bed, along with items left by previous guests. For a hotel at this price point (7k per night), the cleanliness standards were disappointing and suggest possible staffing or capacity issues.
