Very nice hotel, very service oriented and friendly staff. I recommend the hotel for all travelers.
The room was spacious and clean. Efficient air conditioning. One off the nicest places we stayed in India so far.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel proche du Palais. Service de tuk tuk et taxi de passage devant l’hôtel : très pratique.
Le personnel est à l’écoute et très serviable.
Breakfast inclus dans le prix. Lunch et Dinner disponible sans problème.
Très bon qualité prix.

Cons:

Wir haben den Wäsche-Dienst genutzt und leider haben wir unsere Wäsche fleckig zurück bekommen. Die Wäsche sieht aus als wäre sie nicht getrennt worden und hat jetzt rote Flecken, die nicht mehr rausgehen - sehr schade! Als wir es angesprochen haben, mussten wir leider sehr dafür kämpfen, dass etwas unternommen wird und das Personal der Wäscherei hat uns die Schuld dafür gegeben, das wurde sehr unangenehm gehandhabt.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et arrangeant. Chambre spacieuse et propre . Lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés et bon. Petit thé offert par la réceptionniste pendant notre attente a la réception pour notre départ.

Pros:

Emplacement tout proche du palais, ensemble des prestations de bon niveau, un plus pour le service souriant au petit déjeuner, service de lingerie.

Cons:

Un petit raté sur les horaires de temple fermé pour le tour organisé par l'hôtel.

Cons:

They dont actually check the rooms before giving to customer. The AC was not working. We complained at noon but still it wasnt fixed until 5pm. Had to goto reception and ask for new rooms, which they gave to us quickly

Perfekte Lage für Stadterkundungen, sauber, freundliches Team
Pros:

Mir hat die gediegene, stilvoll-ältere Einrichtung meines Zimmers gut gefallen, in Kombi mit einem relativ neu renovierten Bad - beides sorgfältig gepflegt und sauber. Danke noch einmal an die freundliche Kollegin an der Rezi, die mir ein Zimmer mit großem Fenster nach vorne raus gegeben hat. So hatte ich einen tollen Blick in einen grünen Baum! 🙂 Die Lage des Hotels war für mich perfekt: gleich gegenüber gibt es in einem alten Palazzo eine Gemäldesammlung zu bestaunen, der Eingang zum Palast ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso der überdachte alte Devaraja-Markt und die anschließenden Straßen voller Geschäfte und Leben. Nach mehreren Tagen in kleinen tollen Homestays auf dem Land habe ich meinem Stadt-Aufenthalt im Lok Sagar Hotel mitten in Mysore sehr genossen.

Zentrale Lage!
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, sehr netter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption der uns geholfen hat den Zug zu buchen.
Es ist vollkommen ok, wenn man kein zu großen Luxus braucht.

Cons:

Bad Armaturen könnten tatsächlich mal etwas Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen. Die Bettwäsche war etwas grisselig und fleckig, aber frisch.
