Pros:

Близко от вокзала и достопримечательностей, можно дойти всё пешком. Вокруг много супермаркетов. В номере есть всё необходимое, большой холодильник, плита, чайник, кофеварка.

Все добре, але варто поправити деякі моменти
Pros:

Розташування в центрі міста. Це дуже зручно. Кімната світла. І достатньо простора. Ванная кімната дуже зручна.

Cons:

Не працював фен. Очевидно, що так сталося в момент перебування, але це спричинило незручності. Дуже незручний чек-ін і інформація про парковку. Внаслідок того, що не зчиталася адреса проживання адміністрацією помешкання, я не отримала своєчасно код доступу, що змусило мене очікувати 1,5 години. Водночас мене не повідомили про таку затримку в наданні коду доступу своєчасно і не переконалися, що я не отримала своєчасно код доступу. Це не зручно. Вихід з парковки має на дві різні сторони вулиці. Було б добре, що в інструкції було вказано, на яку сторони з парковки виходити.

Die Lage war super und die Küche war sehr schön.

Cons:

Es war trotz Winter und kalt eingestellt und regelmäßigem Lüften recht warm (im Winter!)

Die Matratze von Doppelbett waren auch Klasse.

ადგილმდებარეობიდან გამომდინარე კომფორტულად ვიყავით.

ბინა დრეზდენში იყო კეთილმოწყობილი. ღირსშესანიშნაობები, სავაჭრო ცენტრები ფეხით ახლოს. სისუფთავე და სიმყუდროვე იგრძნობოდა.

თოვლში ჩამოსვლის მიუხედავად, ბინაში ერთი საათით ადრე არ შეგვიშვეს. ჩექაუთის დღეს დილის 8 საათზე სმს-მა გამაღვიძა 11:00 მდე გასვლის მოთხოვნით. ბინაში არ იყო ელექტრო ღუმელი და მიკროტალღური. ასევე ბალიშები არ იყო კომფორტული. თუმცა თმის ფენი იყო შესანიშნავი ასევე სამზარეულოს ჭურჭელი.

Tolle Lage, der Service könnte besser sein.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut! Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Supermarkt direkt unter den Wohnungen hat hervorragende Brötchen (nur ein kleiner Tipp..)

Cons:

Die erste Wohnung, die wir beziehen sollten, war in dem Zustand nicht vermietbar! Die Terrassentür (zur Straßenbahn) ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, so dass ungehindert kalte Luft (Minusgrade) und Straßenlärm in die Wohnung eingedrungen ist. Eine Reklamation gestaltete sich schwierig, wir sind ständig vertröstet worden. Nachdem wir sehr deutlich geworden sind, wurde uns eine andere Wohnung angeboten. Durch den Zeitverlust konnten wir eine gebuchte Tour nicht wahrnehmen und es fehlte uns am Ende ein kompletter Nachmittag.
