Sehr zentrale Lage
Pros:

Top-Lage da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt. Direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Top-Spots von Dresden sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Trambahn Knotenpunkte sind vor der Haustür. Es gab eine sehr große Dachterrasse. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das WiFi ging nicht und musste mehrfach zurück gesetzt werden. Beim TV war alles verstellt, sodass er während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht nutzbar war. Der Lüfter im Bad hat sich nicht mehr ausgeschaltet.

Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Ich bin zum wiederholten Male hier abgestiegen, da ich zu Fuss in die Semperoper gehen kann ( auch ins Schauspielhaus und zum Hbf).
Auffällig sofort wieder die Sauberkeit im Appartement; Check-in und Check- out haben tadellos geklappt. Danke dafür.

Mein Appartement befand sich in der Wallstrasse 14, in der Nr 8 oder 6 befindet sich ein Supermarkt. So kann man sich etwas zu essen in der Küchenzeile zubereiten.
Gut der Balkon. Er ist beidseitig sichtgeschützt und ein Netz zur Strassenseite hin verhindert, daß sich dort Vögel einnisten. Sehr gut gemacht.

Cons:

Ich möchte etwas vorschlagen: ein Techniker müsste unbedingt den TV einstellen. Die Anzeige der 7 oder 8 öffentlichen Sender war mühsam, angeblich fehlt irgendein Chip ( wurde angezeigt, habe es mir leider nicht aufgeschrieben ). Auf der Fernbedienung ist Netflix angezeigt und anderes, was aber nicht funktioniert hat, evtl wegen des fehlenden Chips. Das kann ich nicht beurteilen

Zum Balkon führen zwei Türen, ich habe nur die rechte benutzt, die linke ist irgendwie kaputt. Habe sie sicherheitshalber besser nicht benutzt.

Die Lage war gut Preis Leistung könnte besser sein.
Pros:

Es war in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Aufteilung des Raumes war gut.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen.
Im Bad könnte man mehr Ablagefläche brauchen.
Ebenfalls waren die Fugen sehr dreckig und die Wände sehr abgenutzt.
Das wlan hat den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht am Fernseher funktioniert und es konnte daher nur ZDF geschaut werden.
