The stay was good, staff was helpful, location was great. Rest things were good, we had added breakfast too with our stay, it was great, not too heavy just the right amount

I would strongly urge others to stay far away from this place. It’s not worth your money or time.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered the room, we were utterly shocked at the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene. The beds were disgusting, with visible hair and dirt under the blankets, and the curtains were badly stained. The bathroom was in a filthy condition as well.

We immediately requested a refund and asked to cancel the booking, but the hotel staff were completely uncooperative. After some back-and-forth, the reception reluctantly offered a 50% refund but said it would come through the owner’s bank account with no guarantee of us actually receiving the money. They then gave us a customer care number – we called, and were simply told that no refund is possible.

They promised to change the bedsheets, which they did – but only partially. One of the beds still had hair and dirt on it. To make things worse, a staff member had the audacity to tell us to “keep the beds clean”, as if the room had been clean to begin with.

Later in the evening, thick smoke started filling our room, causing breathing issues for my children. We had to move to another room temporarily. We later found out they were hosting a party downstairs, and the smoke from the food being cooked was traveling up into our room – completely unacceptable.

Then the room telephones stopped working, leaving us unable to contact the reception in case of further issues. We also requested extra water bottles, since we were 8 people – but after a couple of bottles, we were told we had reached our “limit” and couldn’t request more. What kind of hotel puts a limit on drinking water?

Pathetic experience
Cons:

It was Pathetic experience. Ac not working properly. All fixtures broken. smelly linens, untidy hotel. No hot water for all the rooms since central heat pump not working.
