Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and well maintained, offering excellent value for money. Everything was comfortable and exactly as described.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from the street. There is a wine bar nearby, and conversations from outside could be heard quite clearly in the evening. However, it closes at 11:00 p.m., so the noise did not continue late into the night. Families travelling with young children may want to keep this in mind if their child has an early bedtime.

A charming location
Pros:

We had a great stay at Numa! The location is fantastic—set in a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood (There is a restaurant directly below, but any noise from it was minimal.) Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. While we didn't cook, we really appreciated having a large fridge to store food, as well as the full set of complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Cons:

A few minor downsides: the room gets quite hot on sunny days, and even with the window open, blinds drawn, and the fan running, it stayed warm until the sun went down around 11 PM. Additionally, the shower water pressure fluctuated at times, and a ventilation/extractor system in the building got noticeably loud on occasion, which wasn't that great, especially when it started around midnight.

*Bij week verblijf geen handdoeken wissel.

Great location voor bezoek aan Oslo
Pros:

Perfecte locatie voor bezoek Oslo. Mooie residentiele buurt. Leuke 'backerei' om de hoek met beschut terras voor ontbijt/koffie. Er is een uitgebreid fietsnetwerk in Oslo 'Oslo Bysykkel', er is een uitleen punt voor de deur , maar ook meerdere vlakbij. Lekker gegeten bij Arno, Italiaan vlakbij. Goede burgers bij Bastard Burger.

Cons:

Het is een mooi gebouw maar de hal en gangen doen somber, beetje onverzorgd , aan. Wij hadden een appartement genomen, maar het slaapgedeelte was wel heel klein, bed tussen 2 muren in. Bed niet heel comfortabel.Ook de bank zag er wat oud uit, diverse krassen in het laminaat. Dus ook wat onverzorgd. Ben dit niet gewend van NOMA appartementen.

Für den Preis in der Lage Top!
Pros:

unschlagbare Lage und Preis-Leistung, sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat in dieser Wohnung alles was man zum Leben braucht, inklusive Waschmaschine. Sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Einzig das Sofa war etwas unbequem und lud nicht zum Entspannen ein.
