地理位置好，交通與購物都很便利；晚上也很安靜，飯店人員相當貼心與熱心。
Pros:

Check-in前可以寄放行李，飯店會幫你把行李放到房間，很貼心。地理位置極好，不管是離地鐵還是藥妝店還是超商都很近，夜晚也很安靜。即便櫃檯人員不諳中文，也會盡力滿足需求，給我第一次來福岡很棒的住宿體驗。

Very kind and helpful staff, despite some language barrier with English. Good location, very close to the subway and a nice neighbourhood for restaurants and shops without being too busy.

Pros:

スタッフの方が親切で感じがよかった。
朝食のおかずの種類が多く、美味しかった。
エアコンだけでなく、換気機能もあったので
快適でした。
アメニティも必要なものが揃っていて無駄が無かった。
シャワーヘッドが良いものでは肌当たりがよかった。
掃除が行き届いていて清潔だった。
防音対策されているのかもしれませんが、室内も廊下も騒ぐ人もなく、静かでくつろげました。
博多座もコンビニも駅からも近くて便利だった。

Good enough hotel for couple of nights
Pros:

Nothing special, but it was ok for the price, location overall good, next to metro stations and plenty restaurants to eat.

Cons:

The room was kind of dark, small window, also some strange sounds maybe of the building systems, so I needed earplugs.

Pros:

私たちは、博多座に行きたくて、ホテルを予約したのですが、博多座は、目の前で、空き時間に、近くに色々な施設もあり、退屈しない旅が出来ました。ホテルのスタッフの方も親切に、教えてくださり、地図まで頂きました。
