Great location and staff with nice, spacious rooms.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms spacious and clean and well appointed and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

Cons:

We had no air conditioning and it was hot in the room. It would have been more comfortable if we could have cooled off the room. The staff said to open the windows, but it took quite a few hours to make it cooler and it was noisy with the windows open.

Comfortable Quality Stay, Recommended.
Pros:

The staff in general particularly Mr Huseyn and Mr Ilgar were really supportive and friendly during our stay. The breakfast, cleaning, location, and rest everything was quite comfortable and high quality.

Mattress was extremely hard, I like a firm mattress but this was solid like a board,my husband and I woke up both mornings with sore backs and sides.

Un ottimo hotel in una buonissima posizione
Pros:

Hotel con camere praticamente nuove, pulitissime, ben arredate e con bagno dotato di un'ottima doccia. La posizione è buona, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla linea principale del tram, a 10 minuti dalla metro e 15 da piazza Sultanamet. Colazione con molta scelta di salato e dolce, ben organizzata. Lo staff alla reception sempre attento e gentile, ci ha organizzato il transfer in taxi da e per l'aeroporto e può prenotare crociere, spettacoli ecc.
