Excellent séjour, tres belle surprise avec cet hôtel.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de tout ce qui facilite les déplacements. Le personnel est vraiment super, toujours accueillant et à l’écoute. Merci a Omer pour son aide !

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Edition Old City Hotel in Istanbul! We usually stayed at a neighboring hotel, but this was the first time we decided to try a different one and it turned out to be much better. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old City, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and shops. At the same time, the area feels safe and lively, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing walks. There are tram and metro stations close enough to the hotel. The rooms are small but very cozy, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent: varied, delicious and always fresh. Lots of greens and fresh pastries.

We would especially like to highlight the staff. At the reception, we were greeted by polite and helpful employees who were always ready to assist. Special thanks to Ömer for his smile, attentiveness and care, thanks to him, our stay became even more pleasant. He creates a great first impression of the hotel from the very first minutes and makes the check-in process comfortable. We also thank the bellboys Hakan and Mahsum for their friendliness, attentiveness and help with luggage and other requests.

We would also like to mention the housekeeper Hülya. She is a very pleasant, friendly and attentive woman. Thanks to her, the room was always perfectly clean and cozy.

We will gladly return again and will definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Śniadania były nie świeże. Pierwszy dzień były jeszcze w miarę zjadliwe, a reszta śniadań nie do zjedzenia.
Kupując kawę w hotelu sprzedały osobą, które nie mówiła po Angielsku, kawę małą w cenie największej.
Lodówka w pokoju nie działała i unosił się z niej nie przyjemny zapach.
Pokój nie warty ceny.

Good location but not too impressed
Pros:

Convenient location between two tram stations, suite with separate twin beds for the kids, delicious breakfast

Cons:

The suite is a bit small for a family of four, and quite noisy (right next to the tram line and across street from two mosques); room service was ok but they forgot to refill our shampoo one day and missed the foot mat in the shower the other day; shower was designed badly with only a half glass door, so the bathroom floor gets very wet after shower (can be a slipping hazard).

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially Omer and Husein, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The location is excellent — only about a 10-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, around 3 minutes to the Grand Bazaar, and just 2 minutes from the tram station, which makes getting around Istanbul very easy.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was also good, with a nice selection to start the day.
Overall, it’s a great choice if you want a comfortable stay in a very convenient location in the heart of Istanbul.

La ubicación y que nos dieron un upgrade gratuito. El desayuno tiene muchas cosas, aunque pocas occidentales.

Cons:

La nula insonorización con la calle, se escuchaba todo, cualquier conversación estando en un tercer piso no es normal. También entraba aire por la ventana.

Hotel spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania. Czysty pokój, ładna łazienka, bardzo dobre i rozmaite śniadanie, extra wygodne łóżko. Dodatkowo SPA, sauna finska, sauna parowa dostępne opcje Hammam i inne masaze. Świetny pobyt, idealną lokalizacja wszystko na piechotę od metra po wybrzeże! Wrócę na pewno.
