مشكله بباب البلكونه اننا دخلناها وهو يوجد به مشكله ولم يتم حلها فوراً وتعامل الموظفين معي وقتها
بطى استجابه الموظفين اطلبهم مرتين لكي يتم الاستجابه والاسرة قاسيه جداً حتى بعد ماطلبت لحاف فوقها
استغربت ان عجة البيض بمال اضافي ببوفيه الفطور مع العلم انني زرت عده فنادق اخرى وكانت تعمل بالمجان لعميل

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Stayed for a week. all the staff were excellent, always smiling and helpful. Cleaning lady was very nice on the 2nd floor.

The Starbucks was a good addition. Lovely coffee, we didnt need to travel to find good coffee.

Location was excellent, near to the tram station and close to all the attractions.

All the local shops bear us we're very convenient and priced well.

There were guys selling t shirts and bags just outside the hotel until 9pm, they were half the price of grand bazaar.

Cons:

The breakfast options were quite limited.

No fried egg options. No proper English breakfast options other than that it was good.
.the staff in the breakfast area were very good, always helpful.

I would suggest that guests get a discount at the Starbucks.

The lighting in the room was not good. Some of the spotlight were not working and the spotlight above the mirror was not positioned right as you couldn't see yourself in the mirror as the lighting creating a shadow.

Dobili smo malu sobu ..pitala sam na recepciji da li imaju slobodnu malo vecu sobu jer ja dobro poznajem sobe buduci da sam vec nekoliko puta bila u ovom hotelu i nikad do sad manju sobu nismo dobili.Kupatilo je bilo minijaturno ,a inace smo malo krupnije osobe pa nam je stvarno bilo premalo za koristenje.Recepcija je odmah reagovala i dali su nam sobu kao i uvijek sto smo imali.

Хороший отель недалеко от базара.
Pros:

Отличное расположение квартиры, все необходимое рядом. Комната современная. Завтраки очень вкусные. Под домом есть небольшой магазинчик и старбакс находится прямо в отеле. Имейте ввиду к вечеру там в основном все уже распродано. Тапки в номере есть.

Cons:

Все предметы типо зубных щеток, ушных палочек, итд нужно просить через телефон и они предоставляют по запросу. На полу были чужие волосы и видно что хоть комната опрятная - убирались быстро. Если вам «повезет» и вас заселят в «улучшенный номер» (нам номер дали лучше хотя мы брали такой же) с видом на дорогу то трамвай вас будет сильно беспокоить потому что его очень сильно слышно на 4м этаже. И самое главное, (не влияет на мое впечатление потому что это я выбрал) комната которая 15м2 на двоих очень маленькая. Есть место буквально только для одного чемодана и куда поставить 1 сумку. Мы были там всего сутки с двумя чемоданами но это было довольно не комфортно. Наши вещи буквально лежали на кровати потому что их некуда было класть. Стола письменного нет, там просто стул без спинки который у тумбы для телевизора. Но опять же это не вина отеля а наша поэтому смотрите внимательно что выбираете. Транспорт отеля стоит около 60€ в одну сторону, я считаю это очень дорого. Другие компании даже от booking предлагают цены дешевле.
