Location wise is superb. Staff also friendly. But facilities and overall look should be improved.
Pros:

Great location just next to ViuFest, located direct front to Kiss Bridge, you can see clearly Symphony of the Sea show from the balcony.
Location basically awesome!

The room and lift also quite okay.

Cons:

- the guy receptionist is friendly and helpful but always not in the counter. There's no way to contact him. Called & whatsapp-ed the number from booking, but to no avail.
- The front of the hotel feels abandoned with dried leaves scattered around, almost as if no one is staying there, especially when compared to the surrounding hotels that have proper décor and potted plants.
- there's no proper deco in the reception area.

푸꾸옥 호텔의 취소 이슈로 많은 걱정을 했는데, 얼리버드로 저렴한 가격에 예약했었음에도 예약을 유지해주신 사장님께 감사드립니다. 가성비 깔끔하고 위치도 최고입니다~!
