There is nothing to SATISFY
Pros:

I booked on line. It was given good picture but on reaching the Oyo at Kakinadad Beach Road , at 0730 AM none was there and after some time the so called Receptionist he said the room was not booked , later he confirmed. I know the check in time is 12 Noon. Complimentary Breakfast etc were there. Board was displayed that Restaurant, Convention Hall etc . No Lobby is there to take rest or wait till check-in time. I am an international Traveller and had heard Good about OYO. The Condition of the Hotel and Rooms , condtion of linen (Bed sheets Towels )in AWAFULL CONDITON. I PAID RS. 1000.00 TO THE RECEPTIONIST WHO TOLD ME THAT I WILL FIND THE PAYMENT DETAILS IN THE MAIL. BUT TILL DATE I DID NOT GET.
THE CONDITION OF BATH ROOM ,THE WORST MAY BE ALL ROOMS BUT ROOMS 101 (SHORT STAY) AND 301. My wife complained/spoken to Mr Sunil Naidu. No Satisfactory Reply. He said the Receiptionists (Mr Mani and Mr Satish)look look after the Oyo. No Water Served. No Tea available. I question the Oyo Management (Mr Aggrawal, MD) what does Hotel Mean?
