Хороший отель за свою цену, из окна открывается очень красивый вид. Даже есть неплохой спорт зал и бассейн. В целом все понравилось

Вид на море подкупает, но на этом хорошие качества закончились.
Да, первая линия и прям напротив море. Но! Пляжа там нет. Там набережная 😅 а до моря тебе пешком метров 500 где будет что то типа пляжа, такой маленький огрызок земли. Нормальный прям пляж будет либо в центре, либо севернее где Марина бич.
Кафе особо рядом нет, выбор не велик. Цены выше чем в центре
Если говорить про сам отель:
1. чистота 3/5. На вопрос почему мой номер не убирают мне сказали «вы не просили». Когда мой сын(год) описался на пол я позвала специально обученную женщину (которая убирала соседний номер) и попросила помочь вытереть (ну тупо не чем было самой) но что она взяла швабру и эту лужу по всему номеру растерла 🔥 красота. Хотя я сказала что за лужа 😅
2. персонал , девушка утром сидит - вот она любой вопрос решит. Хорошо говорит на английском. А вечером сидит парень 😅 и все что может сделать это написать в переводчике «обратитесь с этим вопросом утром к администратору». Так что все вопросы - задаем утром девушке, иначе никак вы на них ответ вечером не получите.
3. подхожу на ресепшен говорю у меня нет в номере Геля для душа и шампуня , ответ гениальный «у нас они закончились. Мы не даем сейчас их. Когда купим - вам при уборке положат» 😅 круто. 4 звезды на минутку.
4. полотенце одно, для рук/жопы/головы/ног. Как хочешь так и вытирайся. Напомню!!! 4 звезды! Не просто так придираюсь.
5. и снова ресепшен, говорю «а где собственно телевизор, у меня в номере только кронштейн от него» 😅 мне говорят «он в ремонте». Я задаю логичный вопрос, а когда будет и почему мне не дали номер где есть телек, почему с другого номера не сняли и мне не повесили (и да, мне первый раз нужен был телек! Чтоб иногда отвлечь ребенка, выйти на перекур/в душ и тд). Но мне сказали «извините. Его нет и не будет».
Так что все что пишут и выставляют - не всегда соответствует.
Бассейн кстати в жару норм, но вечером ледяной прям. Днем тоже прям прохладный

Когда бронировали, понятия не имели куда едем, просто посоветовали в группе телеграма. До пляжа далековато. Завтраков нет, хотя при заселении мы хотели доплатить , чтобы они были

Запах
Thank you to the reception team, they were nice helpful and friendly during my stay there. The hotel is nice but the gym needs a ree placement of machines and needs to look after. The room where i stayed had a beautiful sea view, very spacious and had comfortable bed but could have done better in adding an iron and perhaps to give the option to have coffee sachets instead of tea. Also the cleaning service was very basic and they could have change the whole bed sheets and pillow cases at least twice for the amount of days that I stayed at the hotel. Also there were some issue with the other room doors on the 6th floor were I was staying, their doors of the other people staying were beeping loudly for a long time and sometimes that happened late at night when some of them were back and interrupted my sleep and same thing happened early in the morning, on that day I had to go to the reception and ask the girl to fix that noise which was going on for 45 minutes and she really help on that day. Maybe the door alarm have to be checked so doesn't happened to others.
The doors beeping for a long time on several days and the loo and sink also has to be clean specially when someone is staying in for more than a week, same with changing the bed sheets should be change at least weekly.

Very rude staff, they were unwilling to solve any problems. The room was dirty, especially the windows. The location is not ideal, and the beaches are quite far away

Уборка на 3-! Пол практически не моют. Унитаз, постельное бельё по запросу. Интернет слабый.
