Wow, amazing place.
Pros:

Beautiful place, cannot fault it.

Cons:

Bed was too small for the stand, I think it used to be a king size bed but was changed, kicked it a few times and fell when getting out of bed in the night.

Gần biển , ngay Trung Tâm. Nhân viên từ sảnh vào đến Lễ Tân rất dễ thương , nói chuyện nhỏ nhẹ và chào đón. Cám ơn các em.

Mấy cô dọn phòng ở đây rất ồn ào buổi sáng đứng ngay cửa phòng nói chuyện rất lớn.

Well situated and very well kept. The breakfast buffet was top notch and staff were wonderful!

The only complaint I have was that in the shower they provided 3 ceramic dispensers for soap/shampoo/conditioner. None of them were secured to the small shelf in any way. My elbow accidentally knocked one over and it broke which resulted in a small cut to my foot. I cleaned up the broken pieces and deposited in the garbage rather than leaving for the cleaning staff to do. As a good guest I reported the mishap to the front desk. Upon checkout I was presented with a $400,000 VND bill for the broken dispenser which I was not too pleased about given this was an accident and they way they are placed in shower without being secured down. Had I known this small and cheap item was going to be invoiced to me at a ridiculously high price I would not have reported it and taken my chances that it would be overlooked by staff when we checked out. So much for being honest. I told them they need to replace the highly breakable ceramic with plastic ones that won’t break if they fall or get accidentally knocked off the shelf. For this issue alone it soured an otherwise wonderful stay at this hotel.
