Pros:

Nothing. Even it was so bad and they didn't allow as we booked the room on booking.com after that we booked the other property.

The stay location was really good, however for 5.5k would expect a little more. But overall it was a good experience. The staff was helpful and cooperative.

Nice balcony beach view and have car parking, inform in advance.
Pros:

Great beach view balcony, very free space for family, friends or couples. No restrictions on food and drinks. Some nice restaurants nearby, and they have a shared open car parking behind the property. More of a shack stay.

Cons:

A/c malfunctioned a bit. Small rooms with bed size.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Location of the property is excellent
Accessible to near by beaches (Kudle Beach, Om Beach, Gokarna Main beach)
10 mins drive to Mahabaleshwar temple

Cons:

No proper Amenities provided in the hotel
There is no provision to hang your dry/wet clothes
No sufficient space for luggage.
Road Lanes to the property are very narrow

The room was simple and clean and the host was kind

Cons:

I had engaged with the host via WhatsApp prior to the booking to ensure I could have the sea view showing in the property pictures. We arrived in the dark and the following morning I discovered room Seven no longer has a view of the sea, but of a building site. By day three this had also become a place to leave wet washing. Not quite the terrace in the pictures.

Gokarna has a massive rubbish issue - it’s a toilet, go to one of the other beaches in the area. Not only the obvious litter, but there’s a huge amount of broken glass/bottles in the waterline. This is not a place for children.

It was pretty satisfying, the owners covered for all the limitations with their hospitality.
Pros:

1. Location is excellent.
2. Owners are super hospitable.
3. Room overlooks the beach, awesome view.
4. Plenty of options to eat in the neighborhood.
5. 24 hrs hot water in the bathroom.
6. Bed linen and towels are clean and fresh.
7. Shampoo and Soaps are provided by the owners
8. Air conditioner and fans work well.
9. Ideal for couples or budget travellers or friends traveling in groups.
10. The parking belongs to someone else but that's free and even those people are very friendly.

Cons:

1. The room is too small, no place to move around. The beds occupy 95% of the space
2. There are no glasses or water jugs in the room.
3. There is no table, chair or cupboard to keep your luggage.
4. There is no in house cafe, the owners wife does cook but didn't try the food here.
4. Since it over looks the beach, there should be provision to dry wet clothes after the dip in the sea.
