The room was really nice,so cosy,en-suite was spacious & loads of towels!Staff were nice & breakfast lovely,would definitely recommend this hotel,a great location too

I would stay here again. It was a pleasant stay and staff are lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely..the display was all cramped on one table but the service was good and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Floorboards are very squeaky in the bedrooms..so guests in other rooms moving during the night was quite loud. Nothing major just worth mentioning. Overall not much to dislike. We stayed there for a party in Athenry so very handy.

Disappointing. Wouldn't return or recommend.
Cons:

We had asked for a ground floor room due to mobility issues and this was confirmed. But on arrival, there were no rooms on the ground floor. And no lift. Not accessible at all.

The room was tiny and the bathroom was even smaller. It had a sliding door and was certainly not accessible, Very uncomfortable to use. An under stairs bathroom in a home would be bigger!!

The sheet on the double bed was a single sheet that obviously didn't fit the bed. When I spoke to the staff member on reception about this she arrived with another single sheet which she thought was a double sheet. They had no double bed sheets!!?? So the sheet didn't come anywhere near to covering the mattress and therefore moved all the time. The mattress was too soft and needed to be updated. Also, there were stains on the bedsheet, it was clean, but stained.

There were patches of carpet around the hotel that needed to be fixed. Carpet worn on the stairs.

There were three bottles of water left in our room, one was used and half empty.

Attention to detail is seriously lacking.

This hotel is described as a 'Boutique' hotel. It certainly is not! They should visit Sheedy's in Lisdoonvarna to get an idea of what a lovely boutique hotel is really like!

This hotel is certainly not 4*!

Breakfast was ok. Not much choice. Again, attention to detail is lacking as there were battered and bruised bananas in the bowl both days. No sugar on the table.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Stadt. In der Gastro ist Live Musik. Das Essen ist super. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht.
Personal ist super hilfsbereit .
Ein schönes kleines Mini Hotel.

Cons:

Das man wieder abreisen muss 😉

The name ‘New park’ is very misleading.
Pros:
