The staff were very nice and accommodating. Location is close to Picnic Grove and People’s Park. The hotel was very clean as well.
Shower water was lukewarm. There was a problem with the plumbing but the staff fixed it immediately. No coffee facilities in the room.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Delicious, quality food. Helpful, friendly staff.
Road noise. Rooms facing the road may not be ideal for light sleepers. A little soundproofing might help make the room be more comfortable for sleeping.
The staff demonstrated excellent customer service—very accommodating and attentive. The food was good, and the place itself is beautiful. We truly enjoyed the room; it felt very homey and was well-designed with lovely interiors.
The only concern was the water system, which is quite important. While the staff was very capable and responsive in fixing the water heater, the water pressure was very low. Although the room had two bathrooms, we were only able to use the one in the living room due to the heater issue and low water pressure.
Love the room space and cleanliness. Also, the service provided by all the staff we encountered were exceptional. You can feel the warm welcome and kind gestures on every interaction. Food is great also - El Bien Tapa is a must try indeed!
This hotel does not have a buffet breakfast. Some customers enjoy a wide variety of food which most of the hotel industries are already providing - hope this hotel’s management can reconsider and adapt as well.
I love the area, it was peaceful and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and places to visit. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay very pleasant.
It has no bar to have some drinks.
I like the bed, the size of the room, and the shower and mostly the staff.
We stayed in rooms 2D, 2A, and 2C. They were lovely rooms. The only problem we encountered was the blocked WC/toilet in Room 2C. We didn't bother about it because we used the CR in another room, but we informed the receptionist so that the next guest would not encounter the same problem that we had.
