Clean room, decent club lounge with few food options

Cons:

Valet parking was awful. I was asking them to charge my car for almost 7 hours. I checked in at 1720, they told me car will be charged. I reminded front desk staff noticing charge didn't start on my app. Only at 1030 pm I was explained I need to wait my turn. . Last conversation with valet was at 1215 in the morning. As you can imagine all I had to do is talking to valet parking staff(sarcastic tone) not rest or at least dining... horrible experience

また行く事があれば泊まりたいと思うホテルです
Pros:

ホテル全体が明るく、清潔でスタッフも感じがよい。
立地が良く、世界一短いケーブルカーに乗るとダウンタウンのグランドセントラルマーケットの正面にでられた。
リトル東京も昼間歩いて行かれて便がとても良かった。
ベッドのそばにコンセントがあり重宝した
ドジャーススタジアムもUberで近かった。

６泊したが、良くない点はなかったです。

Great Hotel. Good Experience. Need to improve billing procedures.

Location was great. Clean, really well maintained and a high quality hotel.

Cons:

They erroneously charged by credit card for an amount after I left and it took several attempts to get this resolved where ultimately they agreed that it was their fault and nothing to do with us.
