Clean rooms and excellent value
Pros:

This was our second time staying here and once again it was great! Excellent location, rooms very clean, and Peter is always so helpful. Very good value for your money. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are several subway stations a short walk away.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen, ruhigen Viertel, ist aber trotzdem gut angebunden (mit Yamanote Line ist man in weniger als einer halben Stunde in Shinjuku/Shibuya). Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber sehr angenehm.
