Pros:

The hotel is a catfish. The photos show only good rooms but in reality it's in very bad condition with the elevator not even going to the room. Very underwhelming experience.

We liked nothing here. The moment We reached hotel, Hotel guy cancelled my stay. He gave it to somebody else. I was really surprised. He (Receptionist) was a fucking asshole. We were on the street having nowhere to stay. Booking.com should cancel the tieup with this hotel

Cons:

Donot book in this hotel. His hotel pictures donot match with the actual hotel. It is totally a scam. Hotel reviews are all paid up one. Be very careful

Avoid if you are looking for a basic 3 star or higher facility.
Cons:

This is basically a local club with swimming pool and gym where locals come with their kids to learn swimming & gym. No proper restaurant. Very basic food, very basic breakfast. The room was on 4th floor, but the lift only went to 3rd floor.

It is a proper club with a gym and a pool. At that price it is quite worth it. Room was also big.

Cons:

Upkeep was so-so like any typical club. Towels and the fittings in the rest room left a lot to be desired.
