GREAT STAY IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF BRUSSELS
Pros:

This hotel is centrally located so ideal to discover Brussels' city center but also other areas as it is close to the Central Stations and bus lines. The staff was nice to us. The rooms comfortable and quiet.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, in posizione centralissima e abbastanza vicino alla Gare Central. Avevamo una camera per 5 persone, un duplex su 2 piani collegati da scala a chiocciola interna, ampia e accogliente, molto bella. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile nel dare consigli e assistenza per qualsiasi richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Cons:

La pulizia quotidiana delle stanze è decisamente superficiale e approssimativa.

Muito bom! Recomendo
Pros:

A localização é PERFEITA. Literalmente a 5 minutos andando de qualquer atração do centro, bem ao lado de barzinhos onde se pode respirar a vibe de Bruxelas. O staff nos recebeu muito bem, o quarto era confortável e o banheiro tinha um bom espaço. Recomendo com certeza.

Cons:

O banheiro fica no andar de baixo e tem uma escada por quarto, isso pode ser meio incômodo no meio da madrugada.

Staff gentilissimo e ben organizzato, posizione ottima, dalla mia camera vedevo il comignolo della grande place ! Raccomando vivamente , grazie mille per il soggiorno piacevolissimo

Niente !
Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, Se ci sono schiamazzi per la strada si sentono, ma è successo una sera sola in tutto il soggiorno

Un bon hôtel pour y passer un week end
Pros:

La localisation était incroyable. Tout est dispo à pied.
L’hôtel est situé à 100m à pied de la grande place.
D’autre part le personnel de l’hôtel était d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Surtout à l’arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par une gentille dame qui a pris soin de nous expliquer et de nous recommander des activités à faire.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, un des meilleurs qu’on ai mangé et nous voudrions remercier particulièrement le jeune homme qui réapprovisionnait le petit déjeuner instantanément. Très poli, souriant, un grand merci à lui.
Les commentaires de l’hôtel parlaient d’un problème d’eau chaude dans la chambre. Étant une personne très frileuse et qui adore prendre mes douches brûlantes j’avais très peur.
Au final, rien à signaler ! L’eau chaude coulait à flot et l’eau était même très chaude par moments. Rien à dire. J’étais agréablement surprise et j’en ai même plus qu’apprécié mes douches.

Les commentaires de l’hôtel parlaient d’une odeur d’égout nauséabonde dans la chambre.
Malheureusement, c’était également le cas pour nous. Une odeur de renfermé avec des remontées d’égout qu’on arrivait pas à faire partir malgré les fenêtres souvent ouvertes même par ce temps froid. Dans la salle de bain c’était encore pire. Un gros problème d’humidité également.
La propreté de la salle de bain laissait également à désirer. Un spot à moitié arraché au plafond pendait.
La chambre était grande, mais il manquait une ou deux prises en plus. Mon conjoint a une machine d’apnée du sommeil et il a pris la seule prise disponible côté lit. Heureusement qu’il y avait les prises usb mais elles ne tenaient pas des masses.

Céntrico y agradable
Pros:

Ubicación y limpieza excelentes. El personal fue muy amable y todos hablaban español. El desayuno es completo y bueno.

Cons:

La habitación, pese a estar acabada de reformar y estar en muy buenas condiciones, era en dos plantas: arriba estaba la cama y abajo estaba el armario y el baño. Lo que al principio pareció gracioso se convirtió en un engorro porque teníamos que subir y bajar continuamente. Y la escalera no era muy cómoda, era estrecha y había que mirar continuamente.
