Pros:

We were warmly welcomed by Alejandra at check-in, and she was incredibly helpful throughout. She thoughtfully arranged a room that suited us perfectly and even shared a list of her recommended restaurants. Thanks to her suggestion, we enjoyed one of the best meals of our trip. Her hospitality really made our stay even more memorable.

Great value and great location. Would not hesitate to return or recommend.
Pros:

We walked from the Eurostar terminal at Brussels midi to the hotel which is about 1.5 miles. When we returned we had a taxi and the cost was a modest 8 euros. The hotel was situated in the heart of the old city and could not be better placed for exploring the city and for bars and restaurants.
The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

We did not find anything which we did not like.

OK stay
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff and comfy rooms.

Cons:

Overall a good stay but some things I would like to mention and I think are reasonable to expect at a hotel within this price range: no conditioner in the shower, lamps in the rooms have a strange flickering option that is hard to switch off, no fridge in the room, breakfast options and coffee not of great quality.

Great location, lovely staff - can’t wait to return!
Pros:

Location was amazing. Staff were so lovely. Hotel room was great. Breakfast looked delicious.

Cons:

bathroom was down a wobbly spiral staircase which was bit precarious in the night or after a few drinks. Could do with a paint too!

Soggiorno super comodo, posizione centralissima.
Pros:

La posizione è centralissima, vicino alla piazza centrale, tantissimi posti vicino dove mangiare, e nel complesso si arriva ovunque a piedi!
La camera molto spaziosa e pulita con grandi finestre.

Cons:

L’unica cosa negativa è la doccia che non essendo rialzata e non avendo vetri che la chiude fa uscire tutta l’acqua mentre la stai usando, però ecco con un po’ di accortezza si risolve, basta asciugare subito.

La ubicación y el personal del hotel fueron lo mejor. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, al lado de la estación Central, la Grand Place y las Galerías Hubert. Además, el personal del hotel es encantador, Ewa, la recepcionista que nos atendió durante todo el viaje, estuvo siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos y aconsejarnos con una sonrisa.
