Brussels is well worth a visit. There is so much to see and do.
Pros:

The location was perfect on the door step of the Grand Place and other tourist attractions. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Near to the Central Station. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

If I am being picky, the flush on the toilet could have been more effective and it would have been better if the water in the room was replaced each day. There was only one small bottle of water provided even though there were 2 of us staying in the room.

Good location but disappointing stay
Pros:

Great location & friendly staff

Cons:

Issue with room lock that was not resolved after speaking with staff. Shower drain did not clear, towels not replaced, hairdryer turned off for minutes after running for 13 seconds at a time and air con would turn off at random times.

estancia maravillosa y el personal muy amable
Pros:

la habitación muy cómoda, nos la limpiaban cada día. El buffet del desayuno era estupendo y el trato del personal era super bueno, nos atendieron siempre super simpáticamente. Sobre todo destacaría la perfecta ubicación del hotel

Ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

Nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior gratis, la recepcionista hablaba español y fue muy simpática. La habitación era grande con cama muy cómoda. Ubicación perfecta para ir caminando y no cansarte.

Friendly reception, comfortable rooms in a very good location!
Pros:

Great location to Grand Place! Close to main sights & foods, & yet quieter section! Walking distance to the Grand Centrale! Helpful and friendly reception. Clean rooms! Overall comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was not truly worth the expense! Better ones a short walk away like Lloyds!
