素敵なホテルです！
Pros:

フロントの方が皆さんとてもフレンドリーで　長旅のあとだったのでホッとしました。フロントが不在なことは滞在中一度もなかったので安心できました。
駅から5分もかからないのでとても便利でした。また、グラン・プラスはすぐそばだったので暗くなるのを待ってライトアップを見に出かけたりできました。
誕生日サプライズもありがとうございました(⁠^⁠^⁠)
美しくて楽しいブリュッセル滞在になりました。
ありがとうございました。

特にありませんが　予想以上の暑さだったので　部屋に冷蔵庫があればなおさらよかったと思います。

Wonderful and safe
Pros:

I feel safe and the staff is very accomadating there are all helpfull like chloe and emmanuella if you asked for direction where it is , and place to go to eat they will recommend you. I will stay there again when im visiting brussel

Amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

La salle de bains peu pratique : de l’eau partout à chaque douche.
Rideau difficile à fermer et surtout hors de la tringle donc impossible d’obscurcir la chambre.

Avoid this place in summer, unless they fix the aircon. Possibly a good choice spring and winter season.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The location is terrific. Perfect distance between the train station and the city center. Chloe at the main desk is a superstar. She handled a rush of check-in with patients and kindness and efficiency.

Cons:

In our room, there was a Bansky of a girl shooting herself in the head. Management should look at the appropriateness of the art. Although it is mainly butterflies, the core concept is a suicide.
