The people there were nice, and they have good working AC in the room.

Cons:

The room is so small, old and weary furniture. They have a cleaning issue. The sheets and beds are not clean and extremely old. At the same price we could have taken much better room.

The people were friendly and kind.

Cons:

The room smelled of toilet and cigarette. The room was not what was advertised, eg there was no living area, it was a narrow room. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. The airconditioner was noisy and working irregularly, so we didn’t use it. The room was at top floor, and maybe that’s why it was so hot. When we opened the window, mosquitos came in. Towels were washed, but had marks on them. At 4 am, guests next door checked in, and we could hear everything they were talking. We did not sleep at all I think, we waited for the sunrise and left.

Rooms are very dated and not clean. The tiny balcony was overgrown with ivy. The smoke detectors battery was missing in the room.

Towels nice and fluffy! Breakfast looked ok although i didnt attempt to try itNothing else!

Cons:

Bathroom absolutely smelt terrible and smelling out the whole room. Staff talking loudly outside/below bedroom ALL night. Aircon not working.

Smooth check-in after midnight

Cons:

Not clean, no hot water (no backup to solar power), simple breakfast and not worth the money, balcony had previous guest's dirty towels and trash, fridge did not work, doors and locked are very loud, staff said they would exchange it but never did.

You receive what you paid for (Considering that night in the all-in hotel there starts from 150-200). Please consider your standards of cleanliness before you are paying. The room was not by all means surgically clean, more like it is a youth camp or camping. But AC worked and the staff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

So once you want to stay in Belek you should understand that it is an expensive and artificial place/resort. I was there to catch up with friends who were staying in one of those monstrous and super expensive all-in hotels in Belek. All people in Belek live in their fancy gigantic hotels hence there you have no promenade, no access to the beach and water (except a small piece of public beach to walk there for like 30 minutes), old town, or even good restaurants. Only annoying sellers who ask triple and quadruple prices and who accept only euros and dollars.
