The room is very cute and clean. Nicely decoration and vibe.
The balcony is a bit awkward to access because of the table in front of the door.
It was easy to check in; after booking they give a code. I could pay credit card. Big clean room. Nice bathroom. On a nice residential street.

The lady we spoke to about shortening our stay was very kind and offered alternative options for us. The bed was very comfortable.
Not comfortable for a long stay. The shared kitchen was dirty with unusable appliances and rusty knives. There is construction right outside which makes it hard to get around on foot and ride share apps don't want to go through the hassle of picking you up. The shower head was broken and leaked half of the water so it was hard to wash my hair, toilet seat slides bc it's broken, drain in the bathroom is clogged and stinks. This was the Tulip room.
The bed was very comfy, good size, good mattress
It was not clean when we entered the room. When I asked to clean the room again, they try to clean but still not clean. They seem to not know that rooms have corners. Also the bathroom was not clean. The shower could use a good scrub.

Wonderful stay! Easy self check-in provided with lots of clear information and great communication. Room is spacious, clean and has all the facilities you could need. Beds are very comfortable. Fridge, kettle and balcony were great, and a communal kitchen downstairs. Great location near west lake. Everything was perfect, would highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay
Privacy and comfortable. Very convenient for short stay to visit Hanoi on my trip to northern province of Vietnam. You have your double bed room, toilet in the room, balcony. Downstair is the common kitchen and laundry. The Alley is easy to find, close to Sheraton hotel on the west lake with a lot of cafeteria and place to eat. I like the way to handle the key to the gate and room, like re-entering your home.

Comfy room and bed, nicely decorated down a quiet alley.
Dirty kitchen, stovetop didn't work, dirt and rubbish left on the floor beside the bed. Dirty and flooded balcony which we cleaned ourselves. Difficult to use the padlock on the gate from outside- injured my hand trying to do so. Unpleasant walking in the main road to go out due to roadworks.
After a month of staying in dorms, my one night here was exactly what I needed. There was great communication from the owner in advance, so self check in was easy and seamless. The room itself was very comfortable, with a big bed, cute decor, and good air conditioning. It also had a water boiler and even a fridge!
The neighborhood was nice, in a slightly quieter area with lots of cafes and restaurants.
There are lots of narrow stairs. This was not a problem for me, but might pose a problem for someone with big bags or mobility issues.
