The room itself was fine for the price i paid. Good A/C and strong wi-fi. The location was good, a lot of street food vendors and restaurants within walking distance, and very close to the La Thanh train station.
This place has a roach problem. I let the building manager know and he provided a Raid spray bottle. I killed about 6 roaches in the 6 nights I stayed there. the manager needs to hire an exterminator, as other people have complained about the roaches.

The apartment smelled, it was dirty, the wc was leaking, the bed was horrible, you can feel the arcs hitting your body. Even at this level of price, it was kinda bad
