Расположение шикарное. Два дня жили с 09.09.-11.09.2026 г. В первый день нас встречал администратор Арсен очень внимательный, приятный в коммуникации. Просторный номер с холодильником, кондиционером, чайником - все работает. Есть бутылированая вода в комнате. Есть тапочки одноразовые, зуб.паста, зуб.щетка, шампунь, гель. Завтрак разнообразный включен. Чисто, тихий район. Рядом находиться мавзолей Ахмеда Яссави, парк красивый, фонтан поющий лотос. Пешком (20-25 минут) можно дойти до Караван Сараи (Венеция).

Cons:

Полотенца все застиранные.

Расположение идеальное! Неплохой завтрак, приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Нас завалили на 4 этаж, в номере было грязно, розетки оторваны, шторы порваны и тд. В здании идет ремонт, и основной акцент на тех номерах, которые отремонтированы.

Отличный отель, но на картах и Booking адрес указан неверно (лучше искать как «Яссы»).
Pros:

Чистый и комфортный номер с питьевой водой, чайником и холодильником, очень вежливый персонал на ресепшене, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки с оперативным пополнением блюд, а также удобное расположение в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей.

Prima ligging en goede service
Pros:

De ligging is zeer goed, op korte loopafstand van het mausoleum en van Caravanserai. Er is een supermarkt vlakbij. De wandeling naar de site gaat door een park.
Het personeel hielp bij het regelen van taxi's naar andere bezienswaardigheden en naar de luchthaven. Aan de balie wordt door bijna iedereen Engels gesproken. Het ontbijt is verzorgd en lekker.

Cons:

Het ziet er niet de vrolijkste plek uit, maar daar moet je door kijken. De balkons zijn geen echte balkons. Neem dus niet per se een kamer met balkon.

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Odalar çok güzel. Kaldığım odada iki adet tuvalet banyo vardı. Konumu harika. Fiyatı tüm bu olanaklara göre çok uygun. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
