once we were given the correct room with air conditioning, the accommodation itself was nice, the rooftop offered a wonderful view, and the location was great. The staff were also fairly friendly, but overall the negatives outweighed the positives and we would not stay again.
Our stay here was very disappointing. On arrival, we were given the wrong room, which had no air conditioning—only a fan—and a very strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It took 24 hours before we were finally moved into the room we had originally booked, meaning we only had one night of proper comfort. In the meantime, the room was stiflingly hot, and we barely slept. To make matters worse, the owner’s dog wandered into our room and was sick on the floor, which we were oddly blamed for. Breakfast was also poor, with food that didn’t feel fresh. Despite all this, there was no apology or offer of compensation, which made the experience even more frustrating.
The staff, the location and the breakfast were really nice, we could see the balloons in the sky while having breakfast and this was a great bonus!

El hotel superó mis expectativas: habitaciones muy limpias, personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y en una zona tranquila. El desayuno delicioso y variado. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

L'esperienza è stata estremamente negativa.
Durante il soggiorno ho sofferto di un intenso prurito, e la mattina del check-out abbiamo scoperto la causa: il letto e la stanza erano infestati da cimici.
Abbiamo subito avvisato il proprietario che ha di fatto riconosciuto il problema.
Consultando tutte le recensioni sulla struttura, ho notato che, nonostante il punteggio di 8.3, questo problema di igiene si era già verificato in precedenza.
Questo incidente non solo ha compromesso il mio soggiorno, ma ha causato: una grave reazione allergica, sono dovuta assentarmi al mio ritorno dal lavoro e ho dovuto consultare un dermatologo e un allergologo, assumendo diversi farmaci e creme a base di cortisone.
A questo si aggiunge l'aver dovuto buttare via tutti i nostri vestiti in quanto potenzialmente infestati. Inoltre, nella struttura c'era un odore molto sgradevole, soprattutto nell'area della reception, la quale somigliava più ad uno scantinato. La colazione era servita all'aperto, ma i proprietari non hanno pensato a nessun repellente per gli insetti, i quali erano liberi di posarsi sul cibo che veniva servito. Infatti, pur avendola già pagata ci siamo rifiutati di fare colazione poiché nauseati da tutto ciò.
Alla luce di tutto questo, la struttura non è stata disposta a risarcire il soggiorno nonostante i gravi disservizi e disagi vissuti durante la permanenza e al nostro ritorno.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque.
Everything impressed me. The staff is phenomenal. The rooms are beautiful, and the people are very friendly. They even have an agency, so you can handle everything in one place.
The terrace is perfect in the boho style, with the cutest teddy bears.
Breakfast is excellent. Bed is excellent.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They also operate a travel agency, so they can quickly arrange tours, transfers, and more. It's also very helpful that staff are always available in front of the entrance. The large roof terrace offers a great view and is very comfortable. We especially want to thank Memiş. We really appreciate your thoughtful breakfast and hospitality. Thank you so much!

Poucos minutos caminhando do Goreme Open Air Museum. Localizado na avenida principal onde está a maioria dos restaurantes, mercadinhos, lojas, rodoviária.
Nosso vôo chegou cedo, estávamos cansados da viagem noturna, eles nos serviram o café da manhã e nos deixaram ficar num quarto extra até o nosso quarto ficar pronto.
Agendamos o passeio de balão e transfers do aeroporto com eles.
Tudo perfeito!
Uma única coisa foi o cheiro de esgoto do banheiro.
Owners were very helpful and couldn’t go enough for me. Very comfortable bed , clean big room. Excellent location to watch the balloons take off. Only about 0.5 mile to the balloon take off site. Fairly quiet location as not right in the centre but only a 5 minute walk away. Big breakfast
Het was best goed. Alles was perfecter dan ik had verwacht. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt in het hotel was veel beter dan in alle andere hotels waar ik ooit ben geweest. Het uitzicht was schitterend. Ik kom zeker terug.
El trato del personal fue de 10, la cama grandísima pero muy grande, la habitación bastante espaciosa y el baño muy bien. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Nos consiguió el globo por casi 3 veces menos que desde España. Un acierto total
Al llegar nos querían dar una habitación sin aire acondicionado alegando que estaba lleno ( creo que tiene 3 habitaciones). Nos negamos a ello diciendo que habíamos reservado una con aire y nos mandaron a otra y el desayuno fue un poco pobre. Pero aún así volvería a alojarme
I liked everything. The owner welcomed me like a family member. I had a fantastic room with A/C and mosquito net over a big double bed. Room had an armchair, wardrobe with mirror, side tables and a big window. Bathroom full of toiletries and very clean. Big white towels, a kettle with a variety of tea and coffee. The room had a fridge with freezer compartment. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was very big and tasty. The hotel provides fresh-squeezed juices in front. Hotel is just a few minutes walking to the centre and has a lovely terrace where it is possible to watch balloons.
Chickens in neighbouring areas were no problem for me... but sometimes you can hear them. Bathroom is Asian type-means water during shower all over the floor. For me, no problem.

The breakfast was very good, we managed to hike all day long after eating it.
Another advantage is the terrace right in front of balloons departing point, we could watch the balloons and go back to sleep a couple of hours more.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay!
It’s a bit off-centered, but it’s rather an advantage for the balloons watching, and Goreme center is just 7 minutes away.
Good service and friend from the host. Nice location which is near to hot air ballon point. Can parking car in front of the hotel. Easy!
