Perfect stay
Pros:

Host was incredibly helpful, clear instructions for a very easy self check in/ self check out..great room with an amazing view, comfortable bed, fridge, showers gel/shampoo, toothbrushes provided (all really helpful additions) all very clean facilities (lovely pool and gym). Location was perfect for us (transport is recommended). Vending machines around the facility were also great (coffee, fresh orange juice etc)..would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Pros:

Next time make sure l must get a unit with the living room. Every time when l come l need a proper place to meet my client.
My client heard l stay in Urban Suite they dont want to come because of long waiting lift.
Penang people is funny. Waiting for lift too long also don't like. At the end meet all my clients at Hotel Bekerley Cafe and some in Mcdonald. Next time can only come to stay with my church friends.

Cons:

No kitchen so no water dispenser so is troublesome to boil water.

Very clean, comfortable, staff very friendly and polite. The only thing air con not so cool maybe because the weather room was 🥵. After I complained action was taken very fast and the staff came to check I really appreciate it but can't blame them also.

Pros:

Nice apartment with an incredible view. The pool and the pool area on the 11th flor in the building is very nice. Good and clear instructions upon arrival for the self check in.

Cons:

The long waiting for the elevators is terrible. It does not affect the the experience of the apartment.
The location for this apartment is not a problem if you have your own vehicle. But we didn't really have a problem catching a Grab.
