Posto meraviglioso con alcuni aspetti decisamente non all'altezza
Pros:

1)La posizione immersa nella natura, silenziosa con un panorama bellissimo
2) Ottima cucina e servizio del ristorante
3) bungalow fronte lago totalmente in legno
4) spiaggia del lago di fronte ai bungalow

Cons:

1) acqua con pressione insufficiente( il risparmio energetico è solo una facciata...con più di 100euro a notte possono mettere una pompa)
2) scarsissima illuminazione ( stesso commento per l'acqua)
3) mancanza di scelta cuscini
4) nessuna informazione sulla condizione della strada per arrivare all'hotel...peraltro bellissima che attraversa fattorie con animali e alberi maestosi
5) costi del servizio lavanderia troppo alti
6) AC molto debole ( è indispensabile nella stagione umida e/o nelle giornate con assenza di vento)

Tranquility and comfort, beautiful with the sound of Lake Nicaragua’s waves as background music!
Pros:

The lake view cabins were literally on the lake beach. It was a quiet property with a sunrise view, great food, and an amazing staff.

Cons:

Belíssima propriedade com maravilhoso café da manhã.
Pros:

A propriedade onde o hotel está, a Finca San Juan, é belíssima. Toda a área do hotel é linda, bem cuidada, com jardins, áreas comuns e de descanso. O quarto é bonito e muito bem cuidado. No café da manhã são oferecidas 5 opções já inclusas na diária e todas que experimentamos estavem excelentes. O atendimento foi muito atencioso e gentil.

Cons:

Em dois dias não houve água quente para tomar banho e isso impactou muito na qualidade da minha estadia.

Pros:

Extremely comfortable everywhere and great common areas to relax outside the room and near the restaurant. The mattress was very nice. Our dog enjoyed exploring the gardens and beach. Lots of monkeys in the trees.

The reception woman could be friendlier.

La vía de acceso al hotel, es destapada y demasiado oscura. Se sugiere mejorar con adoquín para facilitar mejor el acceso a los vehículos.

Tropical Paradise
Pros:

The grounds of the hotel were stunning, and the staff were all absolutely wonderful. We truly felt in paradise. The views from the cabins on the beach are priceless.

Cons:

The room (we had a beach bungalow) was smaller than expected, I think we may have seen photos of a different, bigger room and that wasn't accurate. Still, we were not unhappy.

O hotel é bonio. Proximo ao lago. Aconchegante. No meio da mata com muito contato com a natureza

Cons:

Check in ruim. Nao tem funcionario na recepçao. Tive que ir atras de um la no restaurante (não cheguei tarde - cheguei as 19hs). O chuveiro nao esquenta, entao prepare-se pra tomar banho na agua fria. Café da manhão sempre falta algo. Teve dia que nao tinha manteiga. Faltava algum tipo de suco. Precisa melhorar café da manhã. Outro inconveniente é que se você nao estiver com carro, vai sofrer um pouco, pois o hotel fica a 2km da estrada principal da ilha onde passam onibus e outros transportes. Tera que caminhar em uma estrada de chão por 2km se nao estiver de carro.

Wonderful lakeside location
Pros:

There are several types of rooms here, we had a lakefront cabin. The view over the lake is excellent and you have a very private space. All you can hear are waves birds and howler monkeys. The cabin was very comfortable, very good bed and good bathroom and shower. The fridge was welcome too. Breakfast in the open air restaurant was very good. We had one very good evening meal there, a second one was poor. Maybe they have different chefs. You really need your own transport, we had an ATV which was good for the forest track to the hotel. One of the best things is just walking around the grounds watching birds and monkeys.

понравилось все, кроме паутины и мошек
Pros:

Отель приятно удивил расположением, размерами территории. Уютные номера и отдельные домики для проживания, очень много мест для времени препровождения на свежем воздухе, игровой уголок для детей, отдельная общая зона под крышей с телевизором и мини-библиотекой. Очень близко в природе: кругом разные птички, семья обезьян. Прекрасно подойдёт для размещения с семьей.

Cons:

На территории острова очень много мошек (я так поняла, что это повсеместная проблема). Поэтому посидеть вечером в открытой зоне отеля очень сложно - мошки летят на свет и просто облепляют все, залетают в рот, падают в еду и тд. Возможно отелю стоит развесить сетки в тех зонах отеля, где нет ветра для комфортного размещения гостей.
Также мошки привлекают пауков, поэтому ВСЕ цветы и кусты в паутине. Если Вы боитесь насекомых - то вам будет сложно расслабиться здесь.

Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel in traumhafter, abgeschiedener Lage am Nicaragua-See. Sehr gutes Abendessen und Cocktails. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten, wenn wir auf Ometepe sein sollten.
