Pros:

Have stayed here several times because the place is a great facility within the village of Agros. Good front of house staff. Super buffet breakfast. Massive reception area. I love the swimming pools.

Pros:

Eveything. Beautiful hotel in the Troodos. I slept so well and was so warm, woken up only by the birds! It was heaven. I will be returning very soon. Great location for many things including the Observatory.

The staff at the restaurant and the breakfast were very polite and willing to help!

Cons:

The heating in the room was not working at all, and the air conditioning was not providing enough heat.

Έχει άνετο πάρκινγκ.

Cons:

Η εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν απαράδεκτη, μάλλον είχαν νεύρα αλλά αυτό δεν με αφορά. Τα δωμάτια βρώμικα, με σπασμένες πόρτες και από τον νεροχύτη να φεύγουν νερά στο πάτωμα. Το πρωινό μέτριο. Το "διπλό" κρεβάτι αποτελούνταν από δύο μονα το οποίο είναι πολύ άβολα στον ύπνο λόγο του ότι έφευγα από την θέση τους και χώριζα πολύ εύκολα. Δυστυχώς δεν έχω κάτι καλό να πω!

would not stay again, hotel tired and old.
Cons:

very poor room, no tea and coffee facilities, no room service before 7.30 in morning to get a drink. hotel was no where full and gave us a poor room over looking car park, when internet showed lovely rooms. no good food at hotel in evening as shown.
