Staff at the desk from Leeds was great!

Pros:

Suite was very big and clean. Lovely bath with very hot water. Food quality excellent. Waiting staff exceptional, special mention to our waiters Henry and Nitim. Service with a big smile.

Cons:

Because of the time of year the food menu is smaller understandably. However everything comes with fries, it would be better if the hotel offered a choice, say rice and vegetables or a salad. Breakfast drinks need more variation, no orange juice or other fruits.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για Σαββατοκύριακο
Pros:

Ήταν άνετο και καθαρό και πάρα πολύ ζεστό στους εσωτερικούς χώρους ειδικά την περίοδο που πήγαμε και είχε παγωνιά έξω.

Cons:

Δεν είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία στο βραδινό
Αν δεν έχεις αμάξι, τον χειμώνα δύσκολα περπατάς μέχρι το κέντρο λόγω του καιρού

The service could have been better, little to no sound proof rooms. Was asked to lower the tv while we could hear the guest near us, their conversations their tv and I didn’t complain.

В цілому за свої гроші досить непогано.
Pros:

Сподобалось розташування,досить непогані сніданки,гарно обслуговування офіціантів в ресторані,номер хоч і трішки вже старий,але досить зручно і в ньому було все необхідне.

Cons:

Дуже поганий вай фай,навіть дитині не вдалося подивитися мультики.В перший день,о 7 ранку хтось почав гучно відкривати і закривати всі двері на поверсі і потім відкрив і наші двері без стуку,коли я вийшла в коридор,стояв чоловік і щось записував,спитала навіщо він зайшов до нас в кімнату,сказав,що це не він,що той інший побіг кудись(досить кумедна брехня)
А також,коли ми тільки приїхали,перший хто нас привітав в кімнаті був тарган.
Ще не сподобалось,що не підготували одразу дитині постіль,потім коли попросили,то вони поклали тільки простирадло,а ось чомусь про ковдру не подумали,коли попросили ковдру,принесли звичайне синтетичне тонке покривало,яким накривають ліжко.
