Good but it could be much better...
Pros:

The facility had everything someone needs. The people that works at the hotel were polite, and helpful. Family friendly. Nice for kids.

Cons:

The stuff was much less than it needed. The bathroom had mold and smell bad.
Not soundproof. The couch was disgusting, very dirty.

Everything. Its my fav vacation place 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Cons:

The children that were shouting and banging the doors at 12 am in the morning but that is not the property’s fault its the morals that were not taught to mindless children 😃

Had high hopes, but....
Pros:

Beautiful location. Gorgeous view. Picturesque area.

Neatly and beautifully kept hotel gardens and outdoor pathways.

Lovely looking new pool.

A rich variety at the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

A Games Room is listed in the elevators list of 1st floor amenities but there is none. Why?

Free WiFi, ok. BUT NO WiFi on the TVs. Why?

No air-conditioning in the lobby area in the middle of the summer. Why?

Reception ladies could be a bit warmer to the customers. We're not just a number. A smile would be nice.

Spa amenities (as advertised in the leaflets found at the reception) state that there is manicure/pedicure included in the things they offer but its not true. Why?

Pool bar very expensive. Freddo espresso €4. A small bottle of water €1.50

A la carte restaurant took literally 1 hour to bring a pizza, a salad and two pasta dishes. Only 3-4 tables were occupied at the time.

Dionysos restaurant on Sunday dinner (23/08/26) adverstised sweet and sour pork as one of the options but there wasn't any. Why? Also, they had bananas as one of the fruits, but they were all overly ripe, soft and full of spots. It would have been better to just make banana cake at that point.

Amazing stay in the mountains!
Pros:

Breakfast was quite a selection, and even the restaurant tat was not included in the price had very good food. Room was amazing, so spacious and nothing can beat the view of the mountains from the balcony, plus in the city it was boiling hot while in Agros the temperature was so cool we actually felt cold!

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated but we didnt really care about that considering the price we paid

A great mountain hotel for a short and relaxing weekend getaway.
Pros:

We gladly stay here every summer for a weekend trip. Great mountain location with beautiful views, fresh air, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine and filling, but rather basic - a bit more variety would be great.

Close to nature
Pros:

The hotel is close to nature, you can walk to nearby restaurants. It has 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, the one for kids gets a little crowded but otherwise kids had fun. Breakfast had many options. Reception staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

I don't mind the hotel being outdated, the kids beds had springs and the bad noise insulation. All of these are secondary to lack of cleanness. The cleaning staff needs better training. There was garbage in the hallways that cleaning staff just stepped over, under our beds (accidently kicked a slipper and had to get it) there were used tissues and food remnants from previous guests, hotel towels were stained. Overall, if they fix the hygiene, hotel is worth much more.

Pros:

in general everything was good (clean, friendly staff, good outdoor facilities, decent food, nice breakfast, decent room) apart of two things. One of those is very serius.

a) our room was connected with a door with another room. There was no noise insulation at all and the result was to hear everything that was happening to the next room...

b) The equipment in the gym was very old and not functionable in many cases.
