Pros:

Friendly staff.
By distance, it was good, but it on steep about 60 degree inclination that is not good for elderly people.

Cons:

Situated at steep about 60 degree which is difficult. They have golf carts, but it is unavailable most of the time because this share among two hotels..
Difficult to locate by walking at the arrival.

Staff friendly and helpful, location not too far,

Cons:

The hills.. tiring to climb up even though there is a shuttle service available, they are not ready at all time and need to ask for the services

Proximity with the mosque.

Cons:

I booked and payed one night but there was a problem with my reservation . Booking.com took my money but the hotel refused to give me the room and they said you can have one but the price was doubled.
Shower on top of the toilet in the bathroom. Too small.

The staff at the reception especially Mazim.

Cons:

The noise. There's was a family near my room with their kids running in the corridor at 1am preventing me from sleeping.

There should be clear instructions for people not to make excessive noise.

موقعه علي طلعه جبل ولا يوجد سياره او موصلات للوصول للموقع حتي سياره القولف تقف قريب من الفندق وماينزلك تحت للشارع فقط نصف المسافه

عدم نظافه رائحه كريهه عدم تواجد مساحه بين السريرين غرفه لثلاث أشخاص ليس لديهم مساحه كانها غرفه شخصين طلبت سرير إضافي وتم الموافقه عند القدوم لم يوفو بالوعد مكانه مرتفع متعب لكبار السن
