Very recommended
Pros:

A heavenly place! The hotel is so pleasant that you can spend entire days there. Detached bungalow cottages surrounded by a tropical garden, with a wonderful koi pond in front of each terrace. Inside there is a fridge, kettle, air conditioning, and a lovely, clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There is a restaurant, and not just for breakfast. If you stay a week, they propose you the romantic dinner for free! On the territory, there is a swimming pool, a spa salon, and a diving center. There is a plenty of shops nearby. This hotel is ideal.

Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins, vous demande si tout se passe comme vous voulez. Ils sont réactifs lors de vos demandes et ont pris soins de nos filles lorsqu'elles étaient malades. Les massages sont de très bonne qualité et les prix sont plus que raisonnables (moins chers que ceux à l'extérieur). Restauration correcte sans excès.
A noter que si l'on souhaite un petit déjeuner plus tôt qu'à la normale, le choix est davantage restreint tout en restant très correct.
Les jardins sont toutefois très beaux avec les plans d'eau de nénuphars et de carpes.

Cons:

Les travaux monstrueux sur Candidasa (mais ça l'hôtel n'y peut rien), le bruit de la route (camion) même en étant au fond de la propriété avec une plage inaccessible (et c'est jusqu'en 2028).
Peu de rangement dans la chambre mais elle reste fonctionnelle pour des séjours courts.

Highly recommended stay!
Pros:

Incredibly beautiful place, the walk from the reception to the villa alone was stunning - passing through what feels like a small private jungle. We had a deluxe room, so our terrace directly faced a small pond, which looked gorgeous. The reception staff was super friendly and welcoming. Location wise also excellent - super convenient if you want to be close to the Padang Bai port while being able to see surrounding sights and beaches. Overall this hotel pushes far beyond the 3 star rating, a real gem!

Cons:

Very mild pipe smell in the bathroom, but not too bad.

Sudi zorgt dat alles goed loopt en regelt het meteen als er iets is. Maar ook housekeeping, restaurant waren geweldig

The little villas were excellent, they were screened by lots of plants and the ponds in the property, and they felt very private. The plants and pond were incredible; they’ve created a thriving micro ecosystem with an incredible amount of wildlife living in the area, which worked to keep the number of mosquitoes down! Frogs, fish, bats and all sorts were there, I enjoyed just sitting on the deck watching all of the critters go about their day.
The staff were super lovely, and were always there to help with any queries and good for a chat as well, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The Balinese banquet was fantastic, some of the best Balinese food I’d had in Bali.

Les "habitacions" tenen força privacitat, estan separades i tenen una terrassa amb una basda amb peixos i vegetació. A la.piscina s'hi està molt bé i tranquil. L'esmorzar és molt bo i complet.

Cons:

Falta manteniment a les habitacions: es cortines no es poden obrir, les portes no tanquen bé, la mosquitera del llit estava molt bruta... Els coixins eren molt alts, i si necessites silenci per dormir, porta uns bons taps: el trànsit no se sent, però les granotes es passen la nit cantant a un volum increïble.
