Great mini break
Pros:

The location was great. The hotel facilities were plentiful. Could have stayed in the hotel for 2 days as plenty to do at the hotel.

good relaxation facilities (our main purpose) but some “room” for improvement…
Pros:

pool and recreation facilities quite good, in winter the spacious pool area is obviously difficult to heat to a really comfy level, but the water temperature was good. breakfast and dinner offers a good variety, quality and choice of western foods not on international chain hotel level especially on western choices.

Cons:

rooms are quite outdated and also cleanliness is away from perfect. mirrors with toothpaste splashes etc. surprisingly the aircon could be regulated down as wished, unlike in many local hotels with preset and unchangable boiling heat in winter. The on booking.com offered free extra bed should cost 300 RMB per night (asked by facility and cancelled before arriving) and at check in they wanted to charge for the free breakfast (as booked 1 adult and 2 kids included) for our little one as he was claimed to be too tall for his age… just after some discussion they granted the 3rd free breakfast…

Great, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Staff were all really friendly and helped to make my young daughter feel special. Great play facilities for small children, rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The clubhouse bathrooms were well maintained and well equipped.

Cons:

A little far from everything. Sadly due to being a quiet season, the indoor kids pool and spa pool were out of service which was one of the things we were looking forward to for our child. Breakfast is more Chinese and very limited (again, probably due to being off season)
