Exceptional
Pros:

The view was stunning and the room was beautifully maintained, making the stay truly relaxing.
Staff were incredibly friendly and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.

Cons:

There were quite a few insects entering the room when the lights were on.

We enjoyed our time, and only wish it was a little warmer to fully enjoy the accomodation.
Pros:

The location is good, slightly outside of the city centre with amazing views but not too far to travel back and forth. The room was designed beuatifully and the large window over looking the mountains a big bonus

Cons:

The heater in our room didnt really work, despite having it checked on. Meaning we were extremely cold during our stay and ended up sleeping 3 in a bed for warmth. The room wasn't cleaned whilst we there for 3 nights or toilet paper replaced, nor was there really a place to throw away rubbish. The resturaunt and morning breakfast was a little dissapointing as they only served rice, eggs and bread. During our stay we were the only guests at the accomodation so it was peacful, but maybe a little desserted. The room came with a kettle, but only two cups and 1 tea bag which was a little strange and the wifi details were not available in the room and had to be requested.

Amazing location and lovely staff!
Pros:

Amazing friendly staff. Stunning setting and very sweet sleeping pods for a unique stay. Sleeping was very cosy with option of electric blankets and lovely duvets. Nice breakfast included. Owner was very lovely and helpful - helped us book transfers and tours

Cons:

Not walking distance to the the town but cheap taxi and worth being a little bit further out for quiet location

Great place to enjoy
Pros:

Great place with nice view. I love this design and the beautiful sight seeing outside the window. The place for refresh the whole body and mind.
I can see mountains and clouds, terraced fields from the window. I could sit there all day watching the clouds fly. A great place to get away from the city.
2km distance from the sapa

center. Room prices are relatively cheap compared to hotels in the center. Service ok, owner very friendly and hospitable

Cons:

Breakfast only has a few dishes such as pho and bread. If you want to eat, you must book in advance with the kitchen. However, the food is fresh and just to my taste. Overall quite satisfied.

Would stay again for sure!
Pros:

I only had one night here and everything was perfect. The staff are very kind and they helped us book anh good tour with cheap price. The tent was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with quality basic choices and the location is convenient.

Pros:

Great stay
Pros:

First time in Sapa, I found Lan Rung Boutique via recommendation on internet. The location is good, they had the parking lot for my car, the room is amazing with moutain view. TWonderful clean room and lovely helpful staff, especially Ms Nhung, she served us dinner even in the middle night. Thanks Nhung for the best service she did.

I think they should set up more light in BBQ garden

Wonderful Stay!!!
Pros:

The hotel has a convenient location in Sapa. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, helping me book tickets and providing me with useful recommendations. My tent was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely come back here next time!!!
