Le personnel est le point positif de cet hôtel
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel de l accueil qui ont été très serviable
Merci à Sanaa la serveuse du restaurant très bien reçue !

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait vraiment d être rénovée de la moisissure partout et l agencement est à revoir

Il faut une voiture car rien à proximité

Dans cet établissement rien est bien chambre il ya pas de Clim drap trouer préservatif sous le lit pas de serviette j’ai du changer de chambre je me suis plein à 21h30 il mon changer de chambre à 2h du matin horrible plus jamais

Very disappointing, pick other options nearby
Pros:

Location is good and parking safe for cars, breakfast is descent for price quality. Kitchen and breakfast staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

For this price go to Cozy inn, ibiris or colombe hotel. Better service and value of money.

Our room was cancelled the first night because we arrived late. The attitude was extremely unprofessional and gave the impression that they simply did not want to work or assist guests. They made 0 effort to make a birthday trip pleasant.

The room we eventually received was also not properly clean or up to standard. after complaining , the manager make an effort by moving us to a beachfront room for the last 3 of 5 nights there. She also offed a breakfast refund for one day.

Appreciate the manager’s later efforts, but the initial experience was unacceptable.
