Pros:

The staff are very accommodating. The pool is clean and the water is not so cold. I love that they have free breakfast. The rooms are also spacious.

Pros:

The ambience is nice and especially the free parking. The front desk is very accommodating and kind.

Cons:

There was subtle noises because of the renovations. Also, there was no rug inside the room.

Pros:

Conveniently located hotel for a one-night stay during a road trip to North Luzon. Pool and bar facilities available on-site. Helpful staff and good size rooms.

Cons:

Dining options at the hotel restaurant were rather limited. Not many walking-distance restaurants available nearby (the hotel is located by a main road with only chain restaurants available). Need to pay a hotel fee if bringing food or drinks from outside the hotel.

Pros:

There are many good people working there. The location is good. The security is good.

Cons:

Some of the front desk staff need more training on how to speak to customers. They seem to have little knowledge about what they are allowed to do.
Please take down the covid signage. Please file a sound complaint against the neighborhood housing behind the Marand to control the noise from karaoke.
Stop contract workers from smoking inside near the rooms. I was glad to see that repairs and new paint were keeping the place looking nice. We enjoy staying there.
