Pros:

It was such a wonderful time here! The guy here was really chill, and he very clearly worked hard on it all. He deserves the absolute best!

Cons:

I can't think of anything I dislike about this gentleman's place.

There may be other occupants staying in the other secured rooms during the time you book.
Pros:

A good location, accomplished what was required. The space was safe, secure and accommodating to my needs.

Cons:

It was unfortunate to find out the day of that there were other occupants present during my stay. It would help if this location advertised/ notified on the site before booking that there were potentially other individuals in the other secured rooms during my stay. As I was under the impression I would have the whole place to myself; if they set a disclaimer, that would have helped for expectation management.

Awkward stay in hot room.
Pros:

Facility was clean.

Cons:

Room was always hot. AC did not reach room. There was no sense of privacy. And it was awkward when had to use the facilities.

Pros:

The person in charge of the property was very good at replying even at random moments of the day

Cons:

Even though they offered
Internet, once you connected it would say the internet was off so I never got to connect and use the wifi. Hot water was never available and if so then it’s not a big heater cause it was 4 rooms for me not 1 bathroom and kitchen.

Great stay for cheap
Pros:

Host was very kind and accomodating. Comfy beds and spacious outside if you want to sit outside your room.
