Camera diversa e meno bella di quella prenotata e pagata, soprattutto sporca e con forte odore di fogna, ma non la hanno cambiata (solo all’ultimo momento hanno proposto un cambio) né ci hanno rimborsati perché potessimo andare altrove. Anche Booking ha riconosciuto il problema e ci ha regalato un risarcimento, seppure molto piccolo. Il personale non parla minimamente inglese, ignora i problemi degli ospiti e ha mentito nel comunicare con noi e con Booking sui problemi. Piscina aperta agli esterni, compresi un cane che sporcava in giro, con musica disco continua e ad alto volume dalle 12 all’ora di cena. Relax impossibile. Zona piena di cani randagi, che spesso abbiano durante la notte. Mare decente, ma spiagge ricoperte di mozziconi. Pessima struttura, la peggiore di molti anni di viaggi.

La habitación necesita reformas, muy pocos enchufes para habitación de 4 personals, llo peor el olor del lavabo durante todo el dia, insoportable. No creo que se deba alquilar algo en estas condiciones.

Porte de la chambre cassée à notre arrivée : perte de temps le temps qu'ils nous l'a répare, personnel pas souriant, propreté : service ménage inexistant, pas de ramassage des poubelles, cuisine sale, odeur dans les toilettes, odeur de renfermé sur les aliments du petit déjeuner.

L'environnement car il n'y avait pas de restaurant de magasin autour, il fallait descendre et remonter une côte vraiment pas facile sous les plus de 40°, sans voiture c'est pas bien

The room was damp and dirty with absolutely no attention to detail or finishes. The door wouldn’t lock and we had to leave it open. There was a bad smell and the curtains were just precariously placed, so much that one fell down and they charged us an extra 1500 TL to repair it

Les lits pas du tout confortables. A notre arrivée on nous a mis dans une chambre qui n'avait rien à voir avec notre réservation lits impossible à dormir. Le lendemain j'ai dû dire et on nous a finalement mis dans la chambre réservée avec balcon vue sur la ville et la mer magnifique mais pareil lit horrible on a pas pu dormir. Emplacement très bien, piscine très bien bar et petits déjeuners très bien.

Notre chambre était un peu désuète avec des problèmes de canalisation qui refoulaient , des prises électriques cassés et la porte d’entrée impossible à fermer à clé. Bref Le personnel a essayer de faire une réparation de fortune mais sans succès.

Room and especially bathroom needs to be cleaned deeply

The room and especially the bathroom was very tired. The water in the swimming pool was a bit too cold.

3 only because the pool was very nice and the staff was friendly and tried to help.
The bathroom in room 101 smelled really bad. It didn't happen right away but gradually through out the day it got worst and worst. We could smell it sitting in the balcony through the bathroom window. It was so bad that we didn't want to open the bathroom door and used the public bathroom downstairs.
