It's a decent place to stay for one night in the city center, but the value for money isn't great
Pros:

Location is excellent. The hotel was recently refurbished and clean. That's where the positives end.

Cons:

The breakfast is frustratingly meager. Standard European plugs do not fit into the outlets by the beds. When we asked for a few extra pillows, there was only one available.

Le camere sono spartane, bisogna fare delle scale obbligatoriamente per accedere e la notte non c’è la reception. Non c’è il frigo bar. Considerando che è un 4stelle credo che alcune comodità debbano essere di default

Die Lage ist top!

Cons:

Komische Aufteilung des Gebäudes. Reception an einem Ort, unser Zimmer in einem anderen Trakt und Frühstücksraum noch einmal an einem anderen Ort.
Das Frühstücksangebot fanden wir eher dürftig für diese Preiskategorie.

Pros:

What an absolutely beautiful hotel right on the best square in Mantua! The room was enormous and spotlessly clean. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The hotel was incredibly good value for money considering all of this. Also, breakfast was worth every penny both for the food, the service and the stunning room in which it was served. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely return.

Cons:

Nothing at all. This is a superb hotel.

Colazione ottima in sala spettacolare affrescata

Cons:

All'arrivo mi è stata assegnata una stanza non luminosa e con finestra che si affacciava sul motore condizionatori con un pò di fermezza me la hanno cambiata.
Non tutto (chiavi apertura stanza, cassaforte) funzionato subito ma intervento manutenzaione veloce
