Un soggiorno compresso dal personale poco professionale
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero centralissima, ideale per scoprire la città comodamente a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la location, l’eleganza della struttura e la grande cura dei dettagli. La camera era molto bella, pulitissima e dotata di ottimi amenities: sotto questo punto di vista il soggiorno era stato assolutamente all’altezza delle aspettative.

Cons:

Purtroppo, però, durante la notte è accaduto un episodio che, a nostro avviso, in un hotel di questo livello non dovrebbe mai verificarsi. Alle 4:00 del mattino siamo stati svegliati dalla telefonata del portiere notturno direttamente sul telefono della camera, con la suoneria che ha iniziato a squillare praticamente vicino al mio orecchio. Il motivo della chiamata era la ricerca della stanza da cui proveniva un rumore.

Comprendiamo perfettamente che, soprattutto in una struttura storica, non ci si possa aspettare un’insonorizzazione perfetta. Il rumore della camera vicina, dove probabilmente alcuni ospiti stavano guardando una partita dei Mondiali, alle nostre orecchie era comunque minimo e sicuramente sopportabile. La telefonata ricevuta alle 4 di notte, invece, è stata di gran lunga più disturbante e ci ha interrotto completamente il sonno.

Riteniamo che, in una situazione del genere, il personale notturno avrebbe dovuto individuare autonomamente la camera interessata e chiedere direttamente agli ospiti di abbassare il volume, senza coinvolgere e svegliare tutte le altre camere del piano. Una chiamata in stanza a quell’ora dovrebbe essere riservata esclusivamente a vere emergenze.

Ci ha inoltre lasciato molto perplessi il fatto che, al momento del check-out, il personale alla reception non fosse nemmeno informato dell’accaduto. Dopo una notte praticamente insonne e con un comprensibile umore negativo, ci saremmo aspettati almeno attenzione e consapevolezza rispetto al disagio creato.

L’hotel è sicuramente una struttura bella, curata e con grandi potenzialità, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata fortemente penalizzata dalla gestione dell’episodio e dal comportamento del personale. Per questo motivo, nonostante la qualità della struttura, non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo né di tornarci in futuro.

Ottima posizione
Pros:

Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria, strategico per visitare il centro e le principali attrazioni. Molto comodo per chi, come noi, doveva assistere ad un concerto in Piazza Sordello. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, bollitore per tè e caffè e kit cortesia (molto apprezzato), comprensivo di tutto il necessario (pure lo spazzolino).

Für Matua perfekte Lage und stilgerechte Unterkunft
Pros:

Lage. Sehr stilvoll renoviert. Tolle Räumlichkeiten in einem alten Palazzo. Wunderbarer Blick über den Platz hinüber zum Palazzo Ducale.

Cons:

Service könnte etwas ausgeprägter, gesprächiger und herzlicher sein. Ua könnte Hilfe mit dem Gepäck zumindest angeboten werden. Das würde besser mit dem Stil des Hauses harmonieren. So wirkt es leider etwas lieblos.

La nostra habitació (31) era perfecta. Àmplia, còmoda i silenciosa. L'aire condicionat i el bany perfectes.
