Para no repetir jamás
Pros:

20€ por desayunar me pareció excesivo, la ubicación fue lo único aceptable

Cons:

La recepcionista del check out quiso cobrarme el desayuno y la tasa turística cuando no lo tenia contratado y la tasa la había pagado con la habitación el día de la llegada. La limpieza dejó mucho que desear (pelos de caballero en la ducha y en las sábanas), la silicona de la mampara bastante negra (daba mucho asco), la toalla grande muy vieja y con manchas. Las camas individuales con dos colchones fue bastante incómodo si te ponías en el medio, te mancabas y se te quedabas en uno, era demasiado pequeño. En mi habitación no había cobertura y el wifi fue inexistente (tuve que bajar dos veces a recepción porque no iba y no podía entrar con la llave en la habitación), me dijeron que tuvieron problemas con los equipos informáticos. Y a la noche llegué tan cansada que ni bajé a decirles por tercera vez. Pagar 110€ me pareció no estar acorde con la calidad esperada.

Pros:

Albergo situato nella piazza principale della città,
Sono arrivato verso la mezzanotte e lo staff si è dimostrato gentilissimo nell'aspettami e nel darmi tutte le indicazioni previste. In definitiva albergo bello e camera moderna e confortevole.

Wunderschönes Hotel in idealer Lage- Personal leider eine Katastrophe
Pros:

Zentraler kann man in Mantua kaum wohnen, geräumige, top gepflegte Zimmer.

Cons:

Personalmäßig vom Check in über das Frühstück bis zum Check out eine Katastrophe zwischen unengagiert und arrogant- schade für so ein schönes Hotel.

Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte leider nur ein Dachfenster. Die Badezimmertür mussten wir mit einem Stuhl blockieren, da sie sonst ständig von selbst aufging.
