Ich würde leider nicht wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und es war sauber.

Cons:

Leider gab es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kein WLAN, und das Problem konnte auch auf Nachfrage nicht behoben werden. Das war besonders ärgerlich, da man sich heutzutage darauf verlässt und wir es dringend brauchten. Zusätzlich war das Bett sehr laut, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Insgesamt hat dies den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Das Badezimmer war geräumig und die Straße ruhig, obwohl es viele Lokale gab.

Wir waren in der Wohnung an den Ostertagen und hatten Probleme, sobald wir ankamen. Ich hatte zwei Tage vorher angerufen, um sicherzugehen, dass ein Bett für meinen zweieinhalbjährigen Sohn vorhanden war, und mir wurde gesagt, dass es da war. Sobald wir ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass das Bett fehlte und es keine Töpfe gab: Ich hatte das Apartment gerade wegen der Küche gebucht!! Ich rufe an (trotz Karfreitag, ich konnte mit jemandem sprechen), informiere über die Mängel und mir wird gesagt, dass sie jemanden mit einem zusätzlichen Bett und Töpfen schicken werden. Als ich in mein Zimmer zurückkehre, stelle ich fest, dass das Bett bereits vorhanden war, aber unter dem Zwischenboden in einem Schrank versteckt; da das Bett nicht gemacht war, versuche ich, die vorhandenen Bettlaken zu verwenden, aber ich bemerke, dass sie schmutzig sind und im Schrank, in dem sie aufbewahrt wurden, befinden sich auch eine Spinne und zwei andere Tierchen!Ich rufe (die Leitung fällt zweimal) und sage, dass ich das Bett gefunden habe, aber ich möchte saubere Laken: Sie bitten mich, Fotos oder Videos des Problems zu senden. Nach fast anderthalb Stunden seit dem ersten Anruf kam jemand nur mit sauberen Bettlaken, weil ihm nicht gesagt wurde, dass er auch die Töpfe mitbringen sollte!!! Ich rufe zum sechsten Mal an und man sagt mir, dass die Töpfe am nächsten Morgen geliefert werden. Am nächsten Tag sind wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs und als wir zurückkommen, finden wir endlich die Töpfe: 3 kreuz und quer!
Außerdem konnten wir uns während der gesamten 4 Tage des Aufenthalts nicht mit dem WLAN verbinden: Ich habe 3 Mal versucht anzurufen, aber ich konnte niemanden erreichen.

Wir haben gut geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt, trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen.
Pros:

Das Appartement ist sehr schick eingerichtet, sehr individuell und modern. Alles war sauber. Es gibt Duschgel, Shampoo und einen Fön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, teilweise aber nur auf englisch. Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe gibt es viele Kneipen und Cafés und man findet einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung. Am Wochenende ist es aber recht laut in der Nacht, das Haus ist auch ziemlich hellhörig. Ist aber kein Problem, wenn man selbst länger unterwegs ist.

Cons:

Es gab nur 2 Haken für die Garderobe und keinen Schrank, nur eine große Schublade, in der aber auch schon Bettzeug verstaut wird. Kochen könnte man sich nichts, da es keine Töpfe oder Pfannen gab. Eine Mikrowelle, eine Herdplatte, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine sind aber vorhanden. Morgens konnte man sich einen Kapsel-Kaffee machen. Frühstücken und Essen gehen ist in der Nähe kein Problem.

Pros:

Das Bad war wirklich schön und sauber.

Der Support war sehr nett und hat schnell geantwortet

Cons:

Das Bett war super hart (mal lag wie auf einem Brett..), der Boden war nicht gewischt, leider gab es keine ,,Kochutensilien" aber das haben wir selbst dann gelöst.

Wir haben unsere Schuhe vor der Tür ausgezogen und auf den Bildern kann man sehen das das Reinigungspersonal leider nicht sonderlich gründlich gearbeitet hat.
Sind auch schon einen Tag früher abgereist.

Pros:

Location was great. Provided kitchen appliances like dishwasher, fridge and place to cook. Balcony.

When I booked our room, I specifically asked for one with two separate beds and no shower window, since me and my classmate were on Erasmus trip and we wanted a little privacy after the programme. We got no answer from Arbio Team on this requirement whatsoever - but guess what - that's exactly what we've been given - a king sized bed with shower window right in front of our bed. After we arrived I asked them if we could switch our room to one matching our expectations. They claimed that they were all booked at that point, so I was ready to book another room on my own - same as the one we've got - so that we could have more privacy. I had a little finance problem bcs they wanted a whole new deposit for the new room (250€) and as a student I couldn't solve this issue at the time, but the day after I told them it's not going to be a problem anymore. The Arbio Team replied that they will send me a link to book an extra room (since it didn't appear on booking nor airbnb anymore) - but they didn't send it for two days, so I just told them not to bother anymore and accepted that we were trapped in that room together.

Moreover, there were weird sounds coming from inside of the building (like drilling) at any given hour of the day and night. The smell coming from the restroom during each day was a nightmare - they probably didn't clean the shower drain properly. We had to air our room for 30minutes after coming to the apartment each day. There was no wardrobe to put our clothes into. The inside of the dishwasher was mouldy! The microwave stopped working after 6seconds in use, even though we set timer for 2minutes. Not to sound spoiled, but even our towels were ripped at one end. I think they should really reconsider some of their cleaning and costumers communication habits. I definitely recommend a deep cleaning!
