Pros:

Ubicación, en una zona muy tranquila pero con muchas cafeterías. Buena distancia al centro

Cons:

No había cortinas, a las 5:30am ya estaba toda la habitación iluminada y no te dejaba dormir bien.

- comodidad.
- Ducha con presión y espaciosa; aunque no me pusieron champú... sólo jabón de cuerpo.
- Tener balcón.

Cons:

me cambiaron la habitación en el mismo día ya que había sobreocupación esos días por un evento, gestión rapidísima y eficiente eso sí, pero ya de por sí las habitaciones eran caras en esas fechas... y me realojaron en una más pequeña y a bastante distancia, aunque finalmente eso no fue un problema, ya que de donde quería estaba prácticamente igual de camino hacia el otro lado.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und unproblematischer Check in. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Der Internetzugang funktionierte nicht und man reagierte sofort und mit einer schnellen Lösung. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Von Cafés bis Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem war es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Es gab keine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit. Die 2 Schubladen waren belegt. Und Vorhänge vor allen Fenstern wäre gut. Am besten welche die auch den Raum wirklich abdunkeln, damit man gut schlafen kann.

Excelente espaço num bairro sossegado e com bons acessos.
Pros:

Uma bela varanda. A cama muito confortável. Casa de banho limpa e com tudo. Duche bom, água quente muito rápido. Igualmente na cozinha no lavatório. Boa ventilação. Apartamento seguro e isolamento acústico de qualidade.

Cons:

Podia ter cortinados em todas as janelas.

Gute Lage, verbesserungsbedürftige Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut um sowohl die Bars und Restaurants der umliegenden Straßen als auch den Clara Zetkin Park und das Stadtzentrum zu erkunden.

Cons:

Es fehlen Möglichkeiten um mal etwas abzulegen oder aufzuhängen.

Lage in der Fußgängerzone von Lindenau. Gute Restaurants. Nicht laut. Cleveres Loft. Hell. Persönliche Einrichtungsdetails. In sich stimmig. Sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Leider nur 2 Vohänge zum Abdunkeln. Durch Fenster nach Osten schon sehr früh am Morgen Sonne, die um 6 Uhr weckt.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen!
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Felsenkellers, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Schicke stilvolle Inneneinrichtung, tolle Sicht von der Terrasse! Große Dusche für Pärchen 😊

Cons:

Es hätte mehr Geschirr und Besteck sein können, aber wir sind klargekommen. Falls man viel kochen möchte, ist es nicht genug Geschirr/Töpfe.
Leider findet man nur sehr schwer einen Parkplatz.

Für ein paar Nächte ok
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut in einer Seitenstraße ohne Autos. Allerdings sind viele Restaurants in der Straße so dass es abends laut ist.
Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche war schlecht, keine Tassen, zwei Gläser, 1 Topf.
Wände etc sind schon bisschen angeschrammelt und die Sitzmöbel fallen bald auseinander aber bei dem Preis OK. Die Matratze ist leider echt schlecht, für ein paar Nächte ist es wohl OK.

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ging schnell und Völlig unkompliziert von Statten. Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Die etwas missverständlich Angabe zu Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde klar, dass beides im Apartment vorhanden ist.
