Especially all the staffs start from Gate keeper, Driver, recepitionist. The lady Manager was good

Breakfast is so nice. All the staff helped me lot. The lady Manager is good. She helped me lot. All the staffs from the Gate,Receptionist,Cleaners. Staffs is in the rest room

Cons:

Near the reception there is only one toilet. That has to be expanded

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Good stay
Pros:

Hotel was strategically located in T Ngar, choice of breakfast menu was good

Cons:

Booked a superior room but was initially given a room with Queen size bed, had to request for a change of room but the request was accommodated without any fuss.

Cons:

Too crowded, price tad high (even for this time of the year), lack of a swimming pool (though don't expect in a mid segment hotel), slightly small size of the bathroom

Too busy with a lot of people, price tad high, small size bathrooms, al a carte restaurant 'Just Right' did not feel right (too cramped)

Not the money worth.
Pros:

All was well

Cons:

Room no. 811, the A/C fan was making too much of noise. The hand shower was not working (Not getting locked). Bathroom floor was damaged, unkempt.
