Overall satisfactory, subject to above comments.
Pros:

Breakfast was fairly OK. Need to change varieties regularly. Room was OK.
The location was very convenient to attend to any work/engagements.

Cons:

Though the room (608) is identified as a Superior Panoramic Room, I could only see through the the windows the new building which is under construction. Need to reconsider the title of the room.

Pros:

Breakfast was alright. Fair selection. Cleanliness was good.

Cons:

As the systems are now fully digitalised, they do not appear to function optimally. We were unable to use the tablet to control the TV, and the toilet activated automatically whenever we entered the room, which seems unnecessarily wasteful in terms of energy.

Pros:

The Property was well maintained, clean and the driveway had a old banyan tree provided ample shade and chillness. I also loved how all the employees were soft-spoken and composed.

Pros:

Location was good...food spread for bf was excellent...friendly staff

Cons:

It would be better if the rooms are refurbished....concierge staff though helpful were unprofessional in distributing tips to all in front of the guests

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Nothing went well.

I stayed here for two nights, and it was nothing but a nightmare. The rooms are small, but I figured I could manage that for a short stay. The bathroom, however, was extremely outdated, and things only got worse once we started using it. The shower floods—yes, floods. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this.

I had my elderly mother with me, and the situation could have been dangerous. What if she had slipped and hit her head? Fortunately, it was me who slipped. Staff came to clean and attempted to fix the issue, but the “fix” didn’t work. I even took videos and am happy to upload them.

There is more but I don't want to waste my time.

I will never stay here again and will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a truly bad experience.

Good 4* hotel to stay. Communication and trust needs to be improved.
Pros:

The breakfast had a very good spread and enjoyed it. Room were very good, spacious, clean and well-maintained. Hotel staff during check in was very polite and responsive.
Good hotel to stay in Chennai though its more pricier. Generally good location, about 10-15 mins to T.Nagar. A temple just next to the hotel.

Cons:

The pre-communications with the hotel was EXTREMELY poor. They did not reply after leaving multiple message via whatsapp and email, even directly contacting them. Only on the day that were were supposed to check they texted to confirm our time of arrival.
Also when i checkout and after leaving the country i realized i left a Expandable Telescopic Art Storage Tube in the hotel room we stayed and had 4 items inside. When i tried to reach them again the response was slow. Eventually they replied to say they found the tube but only had 2 items inside. And that's it. Though the fault is with me, my point is, they didn't went on further to investigate how the items went missing or if they had done anything else to to get the missing items. Luckily the item inside that went missing were not valuable in terms of price although it was something i wanted to bring back with me..
The charges for the laundry was high the the laundry was done poorly and stains were still found when it was returned to us.
So in that aspect i think the hotel failed to convince me that they do the utmost to ensure Guests needs and security are thoroughly met. This left a bit of sourness in the overall experience.
