Fait le job mais sans plus
Pros:

Propreté/ service ménage : bien
Calme : très bien
Un peu loin des restos à pied mais a quelques minutes en tuktuk/grab
Communication difficile avec la réception. Le staff ne relaie pas les informations entre eux. professionnalisme perfectible (le serveur qui regarde ses réels avec le son fort alors que nous étions sur le rooftop entrain d’admirer le coucher de soleil ….)
Piscine et rooftop : très vieillissant, mal entretenu
Petit dej : très bien mais très cher comparé au prix de la nuit !

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Location is very good. Staff are polite. It was my second stay in the hotel, the breakfast is nice.
The room is big and spacious. The fridge is cooling very good.

Cons:

Not possible to check out 1-2 hours late is not meaningful like they will clean all rooms at once.

Perfect location to explore all of the city has to offer.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent and not repetitive.

Cons:

The top floor is great to relax and for fantastic views of the city. Unfortunately it does not open until 15:00.

Notre meilleur logement du Cambodge
Pros:

Notre meilleur logement de tout le séjour au Cambodge. Les chambres sont spacieuses et plutôt bien insonorisées.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec des propositions sucrées et salées, khmers.
Bien placé pas loin de riverside et du palais royal (difficile quand même de faire à pied car la circulation est assez dangereuse) mais en tuktuk c’est très accessible !

Cons:

La fenêtre de notre chambre ferait mal (au 8e donc assez dangereux pour les enfants). Mais sinon rien à dire.

Good value, clean and comfortable
Pros:

The check in was very efficient. The room was large and clean and very comfortable. Cleaning was done every day. It was walkable to the palace and independence monument but quite a way from the night market. However tuk tuks are plentiful and cheap. The pool on the roof was lovely for cooling off and towels were provided.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok. The bread is far too thick for toast. Baked beans should be hot but are served cold. However there is a good selection of options.
We would have liked a drink by the pool but there was no one around to order with.
