A great, central location. Very comfortable, great service, highly reccomended!
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Phnom Penh. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had a room on the 5th floor with an interesting overview of the city's high rise buildings. The hotel has a free pool with Sauna and whirlpools on the 12th floor and a 14th Storey rooftop view, as well as a restaurant which is open from morning to Evening, so whenever I felt like winding down from my trips to the city sights, (usually using the grab app to hail tuktuks), I could move freely though the hotel, including my spacious room with a comfy double bed, using my room card and all costs included (except, of course, paying for meals)

Pros:

Perfect hotel for exploring the city. Within walking distance of many restaurants and supermarkets. Delicious breakfast with a plentiful buffet and fresh eggs cooked on the spot.

some bed sheets, although clean, had faint stains

Pros:

Tres Belle chambre, literie confortable.
Bien placé sous réserve d’avoir un scooter.

Cons:

Les chambres sont proposés à l’exception du dessous de lit remplis de poussière. L’eau chaude est en quantité relativement limité

Great stopover in PP
Pros:

Great facilities and staff gave great advice and made my stay really easy. The jacuzzi, sauna and pool are amazing too. Perfect for a quick stop over! If I spent more time here I would stay again.

Pros:

The hotel is in a silent street but close to many services. The staff is incredibly warm.

Cons:

Some stray dogs (apparently owned by neighbors) were near the hotel, and one night one of them approached me aggressively. Since I believe the hotel management likely knows the neighbors, I suggest having a conversation with them to prevent uncontrolled dogs from wandering near the hotel entrance. I love dogs, but an incident involving bites could be problematic due to the potential need for medical attention.
